What is necessary to successfully challenge a production format that is only Bates labeled, but does not contain an index? The answer is more than claiming the production does not comply with Federal Rule of Civil Procedure Rule 34(b)(2)(E)(i). Hear more in the case summary of Hall v. Habul, 2015 U.S. Dist.
