You will need:

- wooden spoon

Ingredients
- 500 grams beef mince (or a mix of been and pork)
- 1 onion
- 2-3 garlic cloves
- 400 gram can of tomatoes
- 1-2 tbsp tomato paste (optional)
- Dried oregano (optional)
- Veggies (optional) such as carrot, zucchini, spinach, mushrooms
