I speak with attorney and author, Scott S. Barker, about his two books on impeachment, "The Impeachment Quagmire" and "Impeachment – A Political Sword". We explore the constitutional history of impeachment, the process for impeachment and we discuss the impeachment proceedings of Presidents Andrew Johnson, Richard M. Nixon, Bill Clinton, and, of course, Donald Trump.

Scott is a 1970 graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy and has a Masters Degree in Russian History from Oxford University England where he studied as a Rhodes Scholar. He then served as an Air Force Intelligence Officer for five years, including tours in Southeast Asia and the Pentagon. He graduated with honors from Harvard Law School in 1981. He has practiced as a civil trial lawyer in Denver, CO and is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers.
