But, don't waste your poor brain space memorizing every single brand name, ingredient and concentration. In the real world, you can't carry every product in the clinic. And, you can always look up products if you aren't familiar with something a client brings in. So, don't feel like you have to be a know-it-all... know the basics and how to use your resources!
