For 11 years, Dan’s gym has actively spearheaded San Antonio’s fitness scene. He has established it as a “collective republic” where people across fitness levels and age groups uplift each other to achieve their athletic goals and feel a sense of community. It has been featured on local news outlets KENS 5 and the San Antonio Report.
Dan’s coaching approach involves personalized training based on age, ability, and activity levels for optimal strength-building. He guides people who don’t want to take it easy as they get older and are pursuing new fitness goals intensely.
Dan earned his CrossFit certification in 2008 and has participated in the CrossFit Open for 13 years in a row.
