Electronics Representatives Association (ERA) Communications Director Neda Simeonova was introduced to the electronics industry five years ago when she was hired by a 50-year communications veteran to grow with a team of professionals to drive to drive the next generation of marketing for this industry nonprofit, which fosters partnership between representatives, manufacturers and distributors in the field sales and marketing process. Neda is a WE Board Member and reflects with WE President and Founder Jackie Mattox on the impact digital marketing and events have on our industry in terms of connectivity—especially during a pandemic. Counting herself fortunate to be joining the electronics industry amidst a growing female presence, Neda recognizes how the collaborative efforts between the ERA and WE to connect members to personal and professional resources heightens the impact on the industry at large.
