There's a big difference between a wish and an intention. I've seen a wishing well and made wishes before blowing out the candles on my birthday. How is an intention different?Well with a wish, you say it... and then let luck take over for the most part. Playing the lottery to win is very much a wish. Can you win, well of course but we believe setting an intention is much more powerful.Imagine wishing to lose 10 lbs vs setting the intention, writing it down and putting it on the fridge, and then learning what it would take to accomplish that goal. There's a big difference! Bottom line is, if you're setting an intention you're far more likely to follow through on it. Wishing is taking a hope, throwing it out there and waiting for results. Intentions are creating an idea that you want to accomplish in your head, writing it down, and then performing actions while steering results towards the ultimate goal!What intentions are you going to set.....and accomplish?
