We came across this topic when we asked someone on Instagram what she’s going through right now and that we will turn it into an episode today. It pained us to hear that she’s in a verbally abusive relationship and her problem is on staying positive in the environment that she’s currently in.
We are not experts in this field by any means, but we have had our fair share of being in and around negativity. So for anyone who is experiencing this right now, our hearts go out to you but know that you can take control. Understand that you can do something about it and that this is not permanent.
