It's been several months since I've done a solo episode and it feels so good to be speaking with you one-on-one. What a privilege. I'm so grateful you are here.
Today I'm sharing a couple of life updates, podcast updates, and Elizabeth Gilbert's "Quest Physics" or "Physics of the Quest." Why? Because it's changed my life without me even realizing it. I know now, beyond a shadow of a doubt that the law of Quest Physics is true AND if you apply it, you can also have INCREDIBLE life transformations.

Beautiful friends, it has been a long time since I have done a solo episode. That is not intentional. That is me. Looking back now and reflecting going, I have allowed my schedule to rule me, rather than me ruling my schedule. Historically, since the beginning of this podcast, I have loved doing solo episodes. And I've had the extreme privilege of interviewing so many people this year and being introduced to so many incredible souls. But I also just haven't taken the time and created the space to get back behind the microphone myself, and oh, my gosh, I have missed it. So today, I am going to come to you with a life update. And the physics of the quest and what that means this is going to be a short episode. But I just wanted to let you know, what is happening in my life andUnknown:
what is going on. You know,Jaclyn Steele:
the reason I started this podcast was to create connection, to encourage people to light them up. And I think part of that process is allowing people into my inner world and what's happening in my life, to normalize the chaos, to normalize the doubt, to normalize the fear, but also to normalize the inspiration and the beauty and the unknown. And the mystery that comes along with living on this beautiful planet that we call Earth, and experiencing being an eternal soul in a non eternal body. So that's where I'm at. That's what today's episode is about. I'm not going to do any ads, I am going to say, if you haven't left a review on this podcast, and you listen to it regularly, please do so it helps so much with the algorithm and getting this podcast out and in front of other ears. But it also means so much to me your feedback is something that I take so seriously, I read every single review, and they mean the world to me. So if this podcast means something to you, please take a moment and leave a review. second piece of business is this. I want you to text me, I am trying different modes of communication. I have long been somebody that goes into my direct messages on Instagram and replies to every single one, even if it takes me a couple of days. So I love Instagram instant messages. I I sometimes do email, I have an email list. But to be honest with you, I have not sent out an email in the last year I plan on firing that back up, which is something that I'll get into in a minute. But I want you to play with texting me, it is me behind the text message. And I will respond as quickly as I can. My number is 480-531-6858. Again, that's 480-531-6858. And I will get back to you as soon as possible. Send me your questions, some of your thoughts send me podcast guests, ideas, topics that you'd like covered on the podcast, how your day is going, etc. Again, this podcast, my intention is for it to be connected. So I want to connect with you. Next thing that I want to bring up before I get to the meat and potatoes of this is you may have noticed the last few episodes there being maybe a little inconsistency with timing and release dates and episodes going up and then being pulled back. And I just want to say this, I am leveling up. Which means in my business, I am hiring people to do the work that I have historically done myself. This has been very frightening in some ways, and also extremely liberating in some ways, but there's some growing pains that go along with it. And so please stick with me in this process. Again, I want to be transparent, hiring people to edit my podcast which is my baby and something that I love so much has been a little scary. And it's been a big learning curve for me but I'm doing it because it's freeing me up to do other work and to continue to create the podcast content rather than sit in the editing booth for hours and hours and hours on end. So if you've noticed, noticed any consistencies or delays in releasing episodes, etc. That will all change we're going to get back on a schedule but over the last few weeks I've just been experimenting, hiring a little team etc. Okay, now on to the life update, which is this Sam and I Actually, no, I want to start with this. Right now. This is describing my atmosphere. I started this on the podcast in the very first episode, because I want this podcast to feel like an intimate conversation with me, I want it to feel like we're just having tea with each other. And you're sitting in whatever space I'm sitting in, and vice versa. And we are just sharing air sharing heart space. Right now. I am in Arizona, my RV is parked next to me, but I am in my car that I just bought on Friday. Because it is the most quiet place that I have available to me right now. Sam and I have been RV living for almost nine months, we have traveled from Georgia to Arizona, we have lived in this RV full time, we have also had some office space available to us, my mom and her partner have been so generous and given us office space, right in the heart of Sedona. But to get quiet space is really hard because multiple people are working in there. And then when I'm in my RV, I've got my dogs and if you've ever been in an RV, or an RV atmosphere, you know there are diesel engines driving by and the air conditioning unit and the heating unit inside the RV sound like plane engines. And so recording podcasts and having quiet and peace is becoming increasingly difficult with all of the activities that Sam and I have going on. So that leads up to my next life update. Here I am sitting in my car talking to you, which is exactly where I want to be right now. But Sam and I have decided to move to Phoenix and not do the RV living anymore. You know when we left. Georgia last September, we sold our house in August sold most of our belongings if you haven't listened to those episodes, I forgot what numbers they are. But toward the end of season one, we sold pretty much everything, including my car, we got a truck, we got a fifth wheel and we hit the road. And I don't think we realized it then. But this has been so much more than a physical experience. It has been such a spiritual experience, and sloughing away of all the BS beliefs that we have been holding on to that no longer service. And I want to dive deeper into this and other episodes because it's such a powerful experience to physically shed some of the emotional things that are holding you down. But the update is we're staying in Arizona for now. We got here in November, thinking we were going to leave in January. And when January rolled around in our hearts, we were like, we're really loving it here The weather is perfect, there's still a pandemic going on. Our spot is so gorgeous. I'm looking out over all of the red rocks of Sedona, and it is spectacular the sunsets are like Van Gogh painted them. It's just unbelievable. We love it here. And so we were like, okay, we'll stay through January. And then February came and we were like, We don't really want to leave, we still like we still feel like there's more for us to experience here. And so we stayed longer. And the longer we stayed, the more we realized how we didn't want to leave. And so initially when we left Georgia, we were thinking we're gonna land in San Diego, we love California. We've lived in California before in some ways that would feel like going home. But life doesn't always happen the way we planned. And like Oprah says, God dreams, bigger dreams for us than we could ever possibly dream for ourselves. And we love Arizona. And so for now, we are going to move to Phoenix and establish ourselves and see what happens in the next year. And we're going to sell the RV. We bought me a car, which I am so excited about because Sam and I have been sharing a vehicle for the last eight months, it didn't make sense to have two vehicles if we were going to be traveling all the time. But now that we are settling back down, we are going to have two vehicles, you know, like a normal household. So that is the big life update. We also found this really cool townhouse in Phoenix that we're very excited to move into. We're still going to be in the RV another six weeks or so. So moving will happen sometime in June. I'm sure when the Phoenix weather will be very hot and toasty, but nothing we're not used to having lived in Georgia and moved in this summer in Georgia last year. So that's that and then I just want to touch on the last eight months. And I'm going to do this briefly because I feel like going into depth with this is it's going to require some more episodes and some more time. For me, writing out how I feel and writing out my experience, but the last eight months has been such a beautiful, beautiful and extremely hard, in some ways, faith walk. And this brings me to the physics of the quest. And not realizing it, I had heard this term several times. It is a term that Elizabeth Gilbert the writer of Eat, Pray, Love and Big Magic and several other beautiful books coined, and it's in the movie, Eat, Pray, Love, which I've seen many, many times. But you know, in life sometimes, until you're ready to hear something until you're ready to see something it doesn't land. Well, the last time maybe a couple months ago, I was watching, Eat, Pray Love. This hit me like a ton of bricks. And what Elizabeth Gilbert says the physics of the quest is, is this. And since directly from her book, Eat, Pray, Love. She says, I've come to believe that there exists in the universe, something I call the physics of quest, a force of nature governed by laws as real as the laws of gravity or momentum. And the rule of quest physics maybe goes something like this, if you are brave enough to leave behind everything familiar and comforting, which can be anything from your house, to your bitter old resentments, and set out on a truth seeking journey, either externally or internally. And if you are truly willing to regard everything that happens to you on that journey as a clue. And if you accept everyone you meet along the way, as a teacher, and if you are prepared Most of all, to face and forgive some very difficult realities about yourself, then truth will not be withheld from you. Or so I've come to believe. And this hit me because it is my life for over the last eight months. I literally left everything that I thought was comforting behind besides my husband and my dogs, and I set out on a truth seeking journey to go What's next? Where am I going to live next? What do I want to believe about myself? What do I want to believe about the world? What kind of work do I want to be doing? I know I want to be doing this podcast. But I also want to dive deeper and drill down to more expansive layers. And along the way, I have come across several healers that just like in the alchemists or some magical movie appear at the perfect moment. One of them Her name is banya, and she's a spiritual acupuncturist. And she's clairvoyant. And she has shared with me things about myself that I have known but didn't know anybody else knew. And that experience has been incredibly transformative. I also did a past life regression with her, which was also transformative and illuminating. And I also realized over the last eight months, how much I've been limiting myself when it comes to my money story, and what I'm capable of creating and putting out into the world. And so I hired a money coach, and her name is Jesse Johnson. And we have been working together to rewrite some of my money, beliefs and my money story. And both of these healers over the last months have encouraged me to start my own healing path, in that, and more specifically, is helping to heal others. They've both said, you know, your level of self awareness, the healing work that you have done, you are ready to go out and continue this work and create an impact and create sacred spaces for people to heal and to be empowered and encouraged and loved, and live the lives that they feel called to live without the BS without the doubt, without the fear. And so that's what I'm doing. The physics of the quest has literally manifested itself and I feel like the truth has not been withheld from me. And I am finding such joy in this coaching mentorship program. I'm not sure what I'm going to call it yet. It's still bubbling to the surface, the names of things, but I've already started and the transformations that are taking place are so incredibly beautiful and humbling and I feel like a vessel for work that is beyond me, and that's exactly how I want to feel. So I want to invite you if you are interested to think about what it would be like to work with me. Are you experienced thing, doubt in some area of your life? Are you feeling crippled by fear? Are you feeling excited? But then feel like as soon as you feel excited, you're shrinking? Are you wanting to start a business? Are you wanting to stay at home full time? Are you wanting to move? Are you wondering what kind of relationship you want to call in? Or if you're in the right relationship? Are you wanting to start a creative project? Are you wanting to make more money? Are you wanting to get your health in order? Are you wanting to finally learn to trust your own intuition and your own gut instincts? Are you wondering what it feels like to walk in worth, and feel confident and who you are and what you're doing, and your place in the world, if you relate to any of that, I invite you to schedule a free call with me. This is what I would call a reset call. And I like to think of it as just a deep breath, let's take a step back from the chaos and all the stimulation that we live in every single day. and assess where you are, versus the vision that you have for your life. And then maybe some tools that we could utilize to get you closer to that life that you are really wanting to pull in and draw in. If you're interested in that, the link is in the show notes. It's a calendly link. And you can book a free 30 minute session on your own schedule. And I would invite you to do so it is a totally judgment free sacred space where we honor you and your story. And I empty the vessels, so to speak, and allow for experience and my own healing to hopefully guide us toward that life that you are trying to call in. You don't have to do it alone. I would love to metaphorically hold your hand through this process. So please book, a free minute, a free 30 minute call with me. And I look so forward to connecting with you. Last thing that I want to touch on is that I'm going to experiment a little I told you I'm leveling up with my business and hiring a team and just expanding, expanding, expanding. But I think with the podcast, what I'm going to try for now I was going to do two episodes a week, and then that just became a little overwhelming. And I want this to feel easy and simple. I also want it to be something highly digestible for you guys. So it doesn't feel overwhelming with all of these hour long or more podcast episodes, I want to do two solo episodes a month with just me that are like, under 20 minutes under 30 minutes, and then two guest episodes a month. So there's a little variety there you can be hearing from not just myself, but from other experts in different areas of study. So that is my intention for the podcast moving forward. If you have questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to me. I have my hand over my heart. I feel so privileged that I have your ears right now. I want you to know that if you need my ears, all you have to do is reach out. And I want you to know that you're loved and you're supported. And there is divine wisdom and intelligence available to you at allUnknown:
You are so powerful. You are so capable. You're so intelligent. And you have what it takes and if you don't feel like you have what it takes there is help available to you. I am right here. Thank you for listening. I cannot wait to speak with you again and fire up these solo episodes because dang I have so much to share with you guys. And so much to say may you have a beautiful, beautiful rest of your day. And may you walk with a sense of peace. Knowing that who you are today is exactly who you are meant to be today. I love you all and I hope that I will get to talk to you very very very soon.
