Tom (@denty24) started his coaching journey studying Sports Science and Coaching at Brunel University in London, while simultaneously gaining experience working with the Fulham FC Foundation. Following University, he quickly headed to Norway where he started off at the lower league side Follo FK as GK coach for all age groups from the u14s to the first team and coupled with managing the Follo FK youth teams. This experience led him to become assistant manager at 2nd division side Stjørdals-Blink for 10 months before he moved on to become Head Coach of the u19s and reserve team at 2021 Premiership Champions Bodo Glimt, where he focused on player development. He has now recently returned to Stjørdals-Blink earning the 1st team Head Coach role.
