So you decided to start tracking your food but quickly realized how overwhelming this could be. You stop and tell yourself you are not ready to be that diligent about tracking.  The time comes, and your “why” is so powerful and moving that you have to start tracking food to live the life you deserve. Tracking food can be a lot to take on, but you have to take steps to have an accurate understanding of your body and what it will take to be successful.
