When you think of having a delicious caffeinated drink, do you think much about what the caffeine is doing to your body? Many of us don’t, we didn’t until we started to research to have a better understanding of the effects.  Don’t be discouraged because caffeine has many positive effects that assist us in our daily lives. Also, just like anything, adverse effects are accompanied by overconsumption.  In this episode, we cover the positives, negatives, how much coffee is too much, and finish giving you substitutions you can do and still get that delicious drink in your hands guilt-free.
