Episode 2 of The Umpire Strikes Back focusses on the Women and Girls game within Hampshire. We hear from former England captain Charlotte Edwards on plans for the professional game and visit Ropley CC to hear about grass roots and junior cricket. Plus we speak to Emma Cowdrill, HCB Women and Girls Activator on the numerous opportunities for clubs and participants to take part in the coming months.
