[18] Lament and Creativity from The Art of Venn - Peggy Kao Enderle and Andy Crouch
Show Notes

On today's episode, we're doing something we've never done before ... a crossover episode! Listen to this special episode from Peggy Kao Enderle and "The Art of Venn" where Peggy interviews Andy Crouch (Partner of Theology and Culture at Praxis and former InterVarsity Staff).

Over the course of this interview, Andy and Peggy explore the tensions between grief and hope that we're holding in this time. They talk about organizational and leadership challenges. And they discuss the connection between lament and creativity.

They also introduce Andy's framework of "blizzard, winter, ice age." This framework has shaped a lot of innovation conversations happening in InterVarsity these days. Super-helpful!
