How do we create a lifestyle that helps us to elevate our performance in everything that we do? What influences and determines our performance? The reality is that everything we do is interconnected with all aspects of life and creates a cumulative effect on the level of our performance. When lifestyle actions don’t work cooperatively together, we can easily get stuck in a vicious circle and feel the snowball effect of declining performance. However, what we want to do is get everything working in harmony to create a virtuous circle that elevates our performance in all of our activities.
