Hopefully, by this point, we can see that at least some of our mental and emotional burdens are unnecessary and we are willing to let go of some of that excess. But how do we let go? Today's action step is a visualization technique designed to help us let go of unnecessary burdens by symbolically handing them over to a higher power.
