If you like to travel and LOVE learning and visiting lesser-known places...this is the podcast for you! I've been to quite a few well-known areas, but haven't had as much fun or gotten more out of my travels than when going off the beaten path. Now some of the places I mention you may have already heard of, (which is totally fine!) but mayhaps I can hit you with some new knowledge or exciting activities you may not have heard of. Maybe give ya that extra push to get out and visit some of these places! I also tackle some of the bigger issues involving men's mental health. I'm not a psychiatrist or therapist. I just share some of the tools I've used to battle my intrusive thoghts, as well as my depression.
