Welcome everyone to this week's men's mental health subject about letting go of your past. Too often we let our past experiences form bad habits. We allow those habits to go unchecked, or we willfully ignore the negative impacts they have on the decisions we make in the present. We allow the past to define us and shape our personal realities...I'm here today to tell you that that doesn't have to be the case. Join me men, as I discuss this subject and a few ways we can confront our past; in order to shape a better present/future.
