Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, stop, stop, stop, right there, right there. Hey, stop. You over there as well too. Two cameras going on, right? Hey, I got something important to tell you, right? I want to tell you how you can empower yourself. See, we all have a projection of our life. Maybe 40, 50, 60 years from now, where we are still present, we're still present with our family, with the kids or grandchildren, if that's the path you choose to build a family.

But I want to tell you, like, little steps that I'm taking to get there. 23 hours ago, I had my last meal. And I stand before you right now while I'm sitting, and I feel so, I have so much vitality and clarity. More than I've ever experienced in some time, and because of this 23 hour intermittent fasting. So, I'm feeling remarkable. Picture this. I woke up this morning, did some administrative real estate work, as you can tell I'm in a hotel, then I went out on a five mile run. And let me tell you, so knocking out this five mile run, instead of feeling drained, I felt as if my body had a secret stash of energy just waiting to be unleashed. It's like my body flipped the switch, and went into beast mode. But let me tell you. This didn't happen by accident. It didn't come easy. It took some serious planning and discipline by me watching my food intake and also my water intake over the past few days. See, that's a part of discipline is choosing. What you put in your body. So to get to this 23 hour fasting, it takes some planning. Why put myself through this 23 hours of fasting? It's very simple for me. One, I want to be here to enjoy the fruits of my labor. I want to enjoy my kids, my grandkids, and great, great grandkids. See, the goal right now is 103. That's 1 0 3 years old. That's how long I see myself living to. So what does intermittent fasting do for us? by skipping meals, it's about kicking the body into high gear. It revs up your metabolism, it torches fat, and it keeps your blood sugar in check. Plus, you know, it's like a turbo boost for your brain. I mean, you get to put yourself in a position where your mental clarity is at top notch, and you have laser focus. Here's the real kick fasting teaches you some serious discipline. it's really about knowing when to say no to those extra snack and yes, to taking care of yourself. For example, last night, when setting my intentions for waking up this morning as an option, I could set my alarm and get six hours of sleep and make it downstairs, to get some, Belgian waffles and some scrambled eggs and, you know, some bacon and some fresh fruits and a tall cup of coffee. I had the option to do all those things. I can let my body get over eight hours of sleep. I choose to do the latter and it paid off. I wouldn't say it paid off bigly, And I was able to get out there today, knock out a five mile run, and my body was able to create enough energy that I need without my body's concern of burning food and fat and all those other things that I could have accumulated over the past couple of days. So look, if you're looking to take your game and your body to the next level, consider giving intermitting and fasting a shot. Your body, your mind, your mental clarity, and also future generations by increasing your longevity of your life, will thank you for it. So until next time, I'm Hutch Marine Investor out.
