Tim, what do you do for fun now?
Speaker 2:I'm really lucky right down the street is a, pretty gnarly mountain bike trail. That's, Like a version of therapy for me, at least weekly. Luckily, there's a lot of water around here where I'm at. So I love being on the water, love being at the beach, love being on boats with friends and scuba diving.
Speaker:So since the last time we talk, has there been an opportunity that has been a game changer for you?
Speaker 2:Every day is a new opportunity, man. It's all about perspective and it's all about how you frame and, framing is how we see the world and how things that come into our lives. If we say that we have to do something or we get to do something, that's a difference of perspective.
Speaker:What is your most important communication tip?
Speaker 2:I would say, the biggest problem with communication is the illusion that it has taken place. Far too many people assume that it's already been said, or it's understood or that the other person could read your mind. if you think you need to say something or share something, share it anyway.
Speaker:Now, what is one thing you wish you understood earlier?
Speaker 2:Yeah, that's a great question. I learned this when I was really immersing myself in learning about real estate and learning about, how successful people separate themselves and how they think and how they act. I learned that success is, not a straight line, From wherever you are to wherever you want to be, if you're looking to achieve greatness. It is not a straight path.
Speaker:So last question, man. To what do you attribute your success? Tim?
Speaker 2:Oh man. I would say God and, the people that I have been blessed to be surrounded by. My family and the level of support that I've always had. And of course all my mentors, coaches, business partners, just all the people, man.
