I'd really like to know, do you have a favorite real estate quote or mantra that drives you? Yeah, I've been obviously doing this for a while and I always I chuckle because, it's so funny when people. will come to me and ask certain things like that. And I always say, real estate is easy. It's people that are difficult. And and that goes from, residents to employees, to, sometimes investors, things like that. It's real. The real estate side of the business is actually really easy. To me. It's, it's, uh, dealing with all the people that are involved in it.
