John Maxwell. I love that you love John Maxwell. He says, don't show me your dreams. Show me your teams, because with the right team, you can accomplish any dream. And if you want to have A players on your team, you can't be a C leader or you're only going to attract. As high as you are in life. So if you're looking at your current team and you're saying, my team is a bunch of Cs, look in the mirror, you're a C leader. That's period, the end. And so if you want A players, A players are looking for A leaders. So simply become the person that attracts A players and watch what happens. That's the goal. And you find this concept in a book called The Compound Effect, Darren Hardy. Phenomenal book. He wrote 40 pages on this wife. He's like, I'm gonna have my wife. It looks like this, loves this, does this. 40 pages. I was like, this guy is a G. So 40 pages, he goes to a Jim Rowan event. Jim Rowan says, you can have anything you want in life so much as you become the person worthy of the thing that you desire. And he's like, oh my gosh. I'm doing this wrong. So he wrote a 40 page document on who he would need to become to attract a woman of that caliber. He's like, I'm gonna become this, become this, become this. Within a couple years he attracts this wife into his life and he says, it's scary how close she was to the original 40 page document he wrote, You don't find success, you don't find money. You attract it and you attract it through becoming more.
