And at the end of the day, success isn’t just about money. It’s about who you are, how you take care of yourself, and how you show up across the board.

And we're gonna roll into the focus round. What do you do outside of real estate for fun?

Speaker

I like to smoke Wagyu steak. I import steaks from Japan, Australia. I'm a biohacking junkie man. I really enjoy. Doing the whole anti-aging thing.

Speaker 2

Oh man. So what was the opportunity that give you the biggest acceleration for your real estate business?

Speaker

I do remember the first time somebody wrote me a check for a million dollars. I thought that was pretty cool. like that's a confidence booster

Speaker 2

I can imagine, man. What is one communication habit that helped you build a strong, that build strong partnership to those points, right? For someone to, to wire you a five or one to 5 million check.

Speaker

I wouldn't say it's specific to just investor communication, but clarify and verify is just a good rule of thumb for the audience members that's worked for us,

Speaker 2

That is outstanding, man. What is one thing you wish you understood earlier about development?

Speaker

Oh man. Like when we first started in land development, we were looking for a coach, and a mentor. To guide us through it. It literally didn't exist. And I knew that when I first started and the mistake I made is I said, well. It doesn't exist, so I guess we're just gonna have to figure this out ourselves. The more I realize that business is about making less bad decisions.

Yeah, that's outstanding man. So Brandon, this is the final question of the focus around men. What does success mean to you today, brother?

Speaker

Yeah. Getting up in the morning looking in the mirror and being proud of what I am and who I am.
