Our guest today is Abel Pacheco who is a Real Estate entrepreneur from San Antonio, Texas with a proven track record of acquiring and repositioning distressed properties, managing renovations, raising private capital, and managing investment properties.
Since 2008 he and his wife have invested, owned & operated income‐producing properties, and are currently in $93MM of Commercial Real Estate across 794 doors. He is a General Partner & Principal in 512 doors, and a Limited Partner in 347 doors.
Prior to his Real Estate investing career, He was a Senior technology sales executive. He brings 20 years of professional experience including a verifiable “10x” track record ($5.6MM of acquisitions in 2010 to $57MM of acquisitions in 2015).
He is the Principal of 5 Talents Commercial Real Estate, Inc. managing all aspects of acquisition and repositioning of multifamily properties in Texas.
He is the Host for the 5 Talents Commercial Real Estate Podcast and is a commercial multifamily real estate coach for Apartment Educators which is a multifamily investing education company.
