Because how you talk to yourself ties into your perception and eventually your reality and as a result we figured that it was worth a more in-depth exploration...aka DIC down!

To help (D)efine our "inner voice" we asked ourselves 3 questions:
1. Do you have an inner voice?
2. Describe it?
3. Does your inner voice sound like a friend or foe?
After we answer those questions we move on and discuss the (I)mpact our inner voices have had on our lives and the decisions we have made for ourselves.
And last but not least we break down how we are (C)oping with our inner voice and it's role in our present lives.
Feel free to pause throughout the sections to give yourself time to answer. Maybe even jot down your answers and thoughts. All suggestions.
