We have so many expansive experiences throughout our lifetimes that it is hard to remember them all, but the few that remain with you seem to form the core, the foundation, the backing of who we are. That why the sayings "Let's take a walk down memory lane" and "Do you remember the time? " are so important. We write songs about it and erthang. But do we ever take the time to deeply reflect on how those memories or "moments" have shaped who we are?
So, for this episode, we are back with a really POWERFUL, vulnerable, and reflective stance on some of the most formative and impactful moments in our lives, sans judgement. We take a candid look at how these moments shaped our experiences, beliefs, processing, and our lives on a whole. We hope you all join us as we DIC down our defining moments!

This episode we will provide our personal definitions of a "Defining Moment".
Then we will discuss the impact that these moments have had on who we are, how we process, what we believe, and just our lives in general.
And Lastly, we talk about how we cope with our definitions and the impact of these life shaping moments.
We make each section clearly known, so feel free to pause throughout the sections to give yourself time to answer. If you want to. Maybe even jot down your answers and thoughts. Do what feels right for you.
