Hey Everyone!
It’s Women’s History Month, aka Women’s History 24/7 365 with a concentration in Black Queer Womanhood because that is the life in which we reside.
So in celebration of Women's History Month we decided to take the time to reflect our first encounters with Black Queer Women and how the representation of Black Queer Women has impacted our lives. While making this episode we unearthed just how important the representation of Black Queer Women has been to us. That representation was found to be the key to unlocking misguided truths and the freedom to just exist. We found that seeing someone who looks like you living freely in their truth gives permission for you to do the same. So in this episode, this podcast, and in our lives in general, we are doing what we can to be proud representatives to those who need it.

This episode we will provide our personal definitions of a Black Queer Woman and name the first Black Queer Woman that we saw.
Then we will discuss the impact of seeing Black Queer Women in our lives
And Lastly, we talk about how we cope with our definitions and the impact of Black Queer representation on our lives
We make each section clearly known, so feel free to pause throughout the sections to give yourself time to answer. If you want to. Maybe even jot down your answers and thoughts. Do what feels right for you.
