Sonya chats to Seb Guilhaus. This episode is pure gold. Everyone in her circle has fallen in love with his pure heart and his zest for life. He has something that is rare, something that Sonya has not seen in another human being.
They chat about growth and truth in vulnerability, about not wearing masks and being able to enrich the lives of everyone around him through his positivity and how rewarding it is.
Sonya wanted to give Seb a platform to share his love of helping others and share his tips on self worth.

Seb's Bio
Seb is a 30-year-old semi-pro AFL player and Personal Trainer.. He is best known for his eccentric and quirky demeanour on Channel 9's reality TV show, 'Married at First Sight', where he met the love of his life Liz.
Growing up ridiculously tall and goofy, he was a self-conscious teenager who felt inadequate and was low in confidence. Although as an adult Seb's confidence slowly grew, he knew his purpose was to support people with their health, fitness and confidence goals. His eccentric goofy nature is in contrast to the way he looks — 6'6" with an athletic chiselled physique.
