Bruce Hardie - A Father's Journey of Growth
Thank you, Pam Ranch and Carla Clark, for making this episode happen! Also, thank you as always to Catch Sitka Seafoods and ACME Homes Washington for your continued support of The Quarterback DadCast!
Today, we are joined by the successful Bruce Hardie from Keller Williams Realty Northwest, the Regional Director and responsible for nearly 8,000 associates and 37 offices! Additionally, Bruce is the host of The Real Look Podcast and is considered one of the most successful real estate agents in Keller Williams history. However, today we are talking to Bruce, the father. We will learn how he moved from Australia to the United States and how his parents impacted him to include what lessons he realized now that he had raised his children. I was surprised to hear how Bruce was a trained Chef, and he will share his stories of adversity and entrepreneurship, which I believe built the skills for him to succeed as a real estate agent and leader.
Bruce shares many nuggets of wisdom for us to learn from his journey. Specifically, he was very clear about being purposeful in everything you do for your children. Most importantly, he shares that it is essential to show up as fathers and husbands! We must always respect our wife and their mother as our children learn from our behavior so always be a gentleman! Next, always find something special with them to create memories.
