Hey, let's talk about non traditional expression and how it can actually see your mind for success. Now, I thought about this the other day, because I was speaking to a very dear friend of mine, someone who I initially became friends with, as a networking and accountability type of relationship. And of course, you don't speak to somebody, you know, routinely without, for years without becoming very good friends with them and very emotionally committed to and compassionate to an entrenched in their wins, right. And so when my friend shared with me a very big win, all I could muster was, I was so happy for and to express my thrill with words, just wouldn't have done it justice, it would have been like, you know, hosting a dinner party and serving Cheez Whiz and crackers, right. And so it just naturally came out of me. And when I thought about it, I realized she and I actually do that frequently, when we're speaking when we, you know, one person shares a weight, and we've been on the journey with each other. And all we can do is go, Ah, we're so happy. And the thing is, we tend to want to refrain from such expression, right, because we want appear intelligent and civilized. But we just don't realize how much is going on under the surface. And how good that really is for everybody involved in the communication process. Now, obviously, it translates right to her to let her know like, I am just thrilled beyond words, there's no Cheez Whiz and crackers that can do this justice. All I can say is, ah, so happy for you. But also here is the very interesting and important element with regard to our own success. our subconscious is really programmed most strongly by very emotionalized internal communication, I would say, right, so by me, allowing myself to express myself in this way, it really sends a very strong message to my subconscious. She likes this. She likes wins. She likes overcoming, you know, challenges and obstacles and getting to that point where you're just like, Oh, this is amazing. And so it's sending a really strong message to my subconscious, that this is her homeostasis point. This is what she wants, this is what is important to her. And then it will go about its business as we all know, you know, running the show on autopilot to align me with things that are more. Ah, all right. So I share this to encourage you to not limit yourself to just typical language expression when you have an aha moment, share it, feel it, you know, do a little jig, let your face light up, you know, internalize and express all of those emotions in whatever way feels interesting or natural or creative to you. We don't have to limit ourselves. So have fun with that and I will talk to you in the next episode.
