In this episode of The Heart of Leadership Podcast, Andrew is joined by his friend, Baptice Fullerton, as they talk on the topic of racism. Baptice shares what his life has been like being a Jamaican-Canadian male and growing up as a minority. Baptice shares how he is raising his three kids in the world we live in today, as well as how he is mentoring 20+ young boys of different races at a local school. He also shared ways we can learn and grow to implement positive change in our world surrounding the topic of racism.
This conversation was designed to give Baptice a voice, to allow the audience to hear his story, to learn from him and to seek to understand and acknowledge what people of different races have to go through.
