ITunes, soundcloud, soundcloud. Just to name a few. They're all out there. Um, so we're gonna go ahead and get started. So, Bo, tell everyone what is your connection to Charleston?
spk_1: 2:24
So my connection to Charleston is is kind of Ah, I guess sort of unique. My parents actually grew up in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. So back in the day when Mount Pleasant was probably maybe 7000 people,
spk_0: 2:39
I remember that cause I'm from there. Like I missed that. The rules A little bit of felt a little more rule
spk_1: 2:46
back before when Coleman Boulevard was a lot of trees. Yes. So they got married young and then moved to Virginia. So I grew up in Virginia, but had visited here all my life visiting family and coming for vacations and whatnot. So I just had always loved it here. So I moved here just a little over 20 years ago, okay? And I haven't looked back. So I lived in Mount Pleasant for about 15 16 years whom that, um, moved around a little bit for a year. And then I ended up settling in Somerville. You know, Medical Earl. That's
spk_0: 3:27
typical story going Gago's Yeah, of course. So cards. So yeah, that's pretty cool, like, so that's awesome. So you have roots from a pleasant, which is one of the fastest growing in the top five fastest growing cities in the Charleston area.
spk_1: 3:47
Yeah, like we said, it's it really blows me away every time. I, uh you know, it's fun. Probably one. The few things I think I've gotten right as faras real estate goes, lose. I remember saying It's going to be in a mount Pleasant outside island all over Collonville before it's it's good. Who would have thought there would be a north mt. Plus?
spk_0: 4:08
You know, I still had a wrap my mind around the Northman. Pleasant. I'm still still quite not there.
spk_1: 4:14
Rick Brickyard used to be the end of the end of the world now.
spk_0: 4:17
Yeah, that was it started. It was like Brickyard. And then you may see the sea we store, and then you're McClellan. Bowe. That's it. I don't know how. I mean, I just Oh, man, it's crazy. Has grown. So So now you're in Somerville, which is like a rock throw for me, cause I'm Dorchester County, But I'm still interest frosted. Okay? And, um, right there next in, I mean, that next actually splits between Dorchester County and Berkeley. Or is it all Berkeley? Honey,
spk_1: 4:46
it's all Brooklyn County
spk_0: 4:47
all over the county. Okay, well, that's cool. You guys got the new Y m c a over there.
spk_1: 4:52
Yeah, the it's up in, came bathe on. And then we're hoping in the midtown area that is planned in next in that we're hoping we'll have a Y m c A somewhere in there.
spk_0: 5:04
Oh, really?
spk_1: 5:04
There's a lot. There's a long ways to go with that. Why I'm Cesaro are a little interesting because there I don't want to say they're like McDonald's Every every y m c A in general is owned by a company or a group. So it's not like Starbucks, for they're all owned by one Okay company. So the Y M C group that handles the wife Citizen Kane Bay is different from the one that is handling that handles the two that are in Somerville at the ponds in downtown summer.
spk_0: 5:38
Oh, wow. I really did not know that. But as soon as you started talking about time having a new one, McDonald actually was the first thing that popped into my mind. Believe it or not, before you would say that because it made me think of, like, how to do the Starbucks in the Triple A's. They have a certain amount of people they probably looking to engage with, right? What? Not
spk_1: 5:58
Yeah, yeah, And it's funny that, uh, this kind of the same thing with and I didn't know this when we were looking at, because now we have so many hotels air coming in next. And there's like, a whole formula of how they figure out where. But those and you know how far away from an interstate exit and all kinds of stuff that goes on into that? So, yeah, it's it. I actually with my oh my or being in the fitness industry. And actually, my first job or internship was at a Y M c a.
spk_0: 6:34
Oh, wow.
spk_1: 6:35
All learned a little bit about that. And then I've done a lot of work with the downtown lime, see a and upon. So it's really interesting that basically, it's it's kind of like a franchise. You have groups that that managed, though, you know, certain ones, the one that is at Cane Bay is actually handled by the Charleston way and see Acre.
spk_0: 6:56
Okay, which is that? That's the one that handles the downtown one. Okay, Yeah, I'm familiar with that one. So So let me get this straight. You go to the Citadel for underground
spk_1: 7:07
Up now. I went several for grad school
spk_0: 7:09
for grad school. OK, for grad school, You go to sit all your first job actually was at all Why? So you cross the to I mean, at what point? Or maybe you could break it down to sincere. You're in love with fitness and make your business. Can you explain everybody like how you came about being and such an expert and fitness, How they come about your busier, your business love story? How'd that come about
spk_1: 7:34
it? It's kind of I have to say that I fell into it, Um, when I was going to college. Don't really I don't want to be a p e teacher because I really enjoyed teaching. Enjoy coaching, um, enjoyed sports. I can't say that I had a love for fitness, but that was part of being an athlete was being in shape and wounding athletic. So it's probably a much longer to too long of a story to tell how I end up the education part, right? What happened, but basically ended up switching concentrations from a teaching concentration to a commercial fitness concentration. Um, OK, so, uh, uh, it was a swimmer in college and my best friend, his dad was the CEO of the local I M c. A. He's like, Hey, you could do your internship there with my dad I was like, Oh, sure. Okay, so And before that, I had a discussion with, um you know, my adviser. They're like, Oh, are you interested in owning a gem someday? Out? Yes.
spk_0: 8:42
You like? I don't know. I'm like
spk_1: 8:43
looking, trying
spk_0: 8:45
to figure out, like, what? This
spk_1: 8:45
man. And also keep in mind, this will date me a little bit. This was Ali 1996 to the personal training, and and that sort of stuff wasn't as prevalent as it is now. Okay, when somebody said, Hey, do you want to be a personal trainer? I was like, uh, you know, what is that frayed? But basically, I did my internship and got through that. And then I had a good connection that got me my first, like, real paying job, so to speak and fitness. And there was one personal trainer there, and she was going on vacation. She said, Hey, how would you like to train my clients for a week and again? I have no idea what that man she's like. We just tell them to do the exercises and what they you know, and make sure that they don't hurt themselves, and then they'll pay you and that's it.
spk_0: 9:40
That's it.
spk_1: 9:41
What? So I did that for a week, and and that was kind of the rest is history. I really enjoyed it. And, you know, I got along with the folks that her clients and on that kind of lead may go into Ah, a different facility. That was within the same company. That I was the health system, that I was working for its management and stuff for them, but still did some personal training. And and then I decided to move the Charleston. So that was kind of the oh, believing there to come to Charles. So
spk_0: 10:13
it started at Virginia. You were here from where you were raised, I should say. And then, um, you kind of trickle back on the Charleston. And then I guess the idea was ready planted.
spk_1: 10:23
Yeah, I had on when I moved. I really wasn't sure when I was at first. I wasn't for sure what I was gonna dio. I was like, Well, I'll go back and get my masters and and get my teeth. I was gonna stuck this out. I was gonna teach and I had initially going to Charleston, Southern and we had some issues of getting transcripts and whatever, and I had gone for an interview. I had worked in cardiac rehab with wellness, the no system that I worked for, and I have gone for interview with Roper for a cardiac rehab program. And I said, Hey, have you thought about applying to The Citadel? And I was like, Didn't cross my mind, But and it was just kind of one of those things that everything fell into place so things weren't working. Paperwork, wives and things weren't working out of Charleston Southern on, and no bill will towards them. It just things happen for a reason, right? And when I went and talked to my who became the guy who became my advisor with settle, it was like everything, Like everything he said made sense. And literally, while I was sitting in the office, one of the professors walked by that ran the cardiac report rehab program at USC. He was, He was. He yelled at the guy, and he's like, Hey, aren't you looking for somebody? And so basically got in Master's program in The Citadel and got an internship all in one visits
spk_0: 11:52
Alma visit just just one once. I've done a two for one right there. So then so that front area you just like you already kind on on the deeper, um, level or a train on track to start your own. Um, yeah, really.
spk_1: 12:10
I think I have, you know, during that time and I was also working another was working a full time job and going to school and doing cardiac rehab. And I'm kind of juggling all these things and, um, doing some kind of training on the side and whatnot. And basically, I had I had always life guarded for years. So, um, I had actually lifeguarding that the Daniel Island Club. Okay. And while I was doing finishing my degree and it just so happened they were built. They decided to build a fitness center. Um, at the club. Okay. Cool. I kind of had a foot in the door. And when they when they decided about two weeks after they opened, they had somebody there that was kind of running it. And there were, you know, they knew they needed somebody or warning somebody that had fitness, background,
spk_0: 13:09
and that's when it got it. Got planning
spk_1: 13:11
on a blue
spk_0: 13:12
going, going in for a new,
spk_1: 13:13
um, from, you know, from then on, probably for about 10 years, that was certainly a big. Um a big thing is for us, like I did publications. Okay, A lot of work with going conferences and that sort of things. It was a lot of fun, a lot of work and trying to balance management of facilities and personal training, but,
spk_0: 13:39
uh, and this is all that the why
spk_1: 13:43
now? This was actually at the Daniel all in club.
spk_0: 13:45
Oh, this was at the day. All income still. Okay, so at the day of the island club, and that's what you kind of started attaining clients. So what type of clients do you typically work with? It kind of
spk_1: 13:55
range is like I said, like I was saying before, like, really? Not like now my clients arm or on the level of there are already determined to get results. They don't necessarily need that extra. They may need a push, but it's a little bit of a different push. You in the beginning years ago when you when I would start with clients and they're really kind of starting at square one, whether it be because they're overweight or they've got bad, you know, maybe they went to the doctor and the doctor said, Hey, you're These results are good. We need to get you on some sort of program. Um, and then a lot of time. See, you get especially working at, like, country clubs or places like that. They want to get a 10 yards in their golfs on.
spk_0: 14:45
Yeah, Yeah, it all kind of health
spk_1: 14:50
harder. So, um, I think and the biggest misconception with that is a lot of times people, but they want that they want that. I don't even want to say a quick fix they want. Then perfect thing that's gonna make him hit the ball harder or whatever act it really is. It just goes back to basics making. Okay, all right. Staying flexible, doing the regular things that everybody else is doing. This magic exercise that's gonna make you?
spk_0: 15:21
Yeah. And my husband, he has ah, huge fitness background with a mostly weight training and lifting. And I noticed, like the one number one questions I know people ask about fitness. I don't. You get this much, but people are like what do I need to do? And I think you clearly brought that out like people like I want a smaller Tommy. But I want to keep everything else is iconic. It really work like that
spk_1: 15:42
when it's funny to like. Like you said, a lot of people will ask about what I want, my stomach smaller and I'm like, Well, even for even for professional athletes and people s people that do bodybuilding and Z Tokyo competitions. Who stomach is the absolute last place that your body wants to take away factors? It It's protecting you. Yeah, your organs warm. It's keeping them protected. So you and I have enough. It's been made abundantly clear. I've always kind of went up and down as far as my weight goes, have struggled just like everybody else. So great, right? I love I love food, but I enjoy working out as well. So, um, it's one of those things. Worry and it's a tough thing that you're losing all this weight and yet you still you still see this There is a way, so you kind of have to do some crazy things to get that and then also really informing people that having abs doesn't make you help.
spk_0: 16:46
Yeah, Yeah. It's like a superficial thing, right? Like it looks nice,
spk_1: 16:52
uh, our and and also to you. See, you people say all will look like the personal in that magazine. I'm like, you don't realize how hard that people, how hard the people in the magazine work. Get to that. Yeah, that's only for just a few. Literally. For a few minutes.
spk_0: 17:10
Yeah, sure. He's That's so true. So So, like, if somebody wants to work with you one on one and get a consultation, maybe there maybe they need more of the kind of accountability. Or maybe, like you say, they're willing to, um, look into maybe a personalized program where you're working with them. How did they How did they go about? I'm reaching out to you and maybe get in that process started especially during this time
spk_1: 17:35
with and really it. Like I said it, it's now is a great time to do this sort of thing just because very much the way I interact with folks is really just through the computer X messages and that sort of thing. Um, and I think people are to the point that they don't want to go out anyway. With everything that's going on, who's just my website? Bono's fitness dot com Cooking All the social media stuff is on there as well on you know, that's all ATM owners. Fitness on my all my contact information is there as well. Okay, happy toe chat text, all the all the numbers of ways Teoh that we can. It's so funny. I think it's hilarious that we we have all the technology basically, just to be face to face.
spk_0: 18:26
Yes. Oh, for sure for sure. And it was funny. We're probably meeting and engaging more now than we probably did before this. This whole thing got started. Um, I mean, goodness, I hope you know, I hope my zoom stock is in my portfolio cause goodness gracious, you know, I've always been doing is like that, and I come from a brokerage where everything's virtual. So we are. You have been doing it, but I mean, the awesome thing is, you know, you have a point of contact with you not only through fitness, but like your other your other specialty. You're just knowing next thing like we could easily like engage with you via video. That's pretty cool.
spk_1: 19:09
Yeah, and I think that I think that's really not to, I guess, to sort of excuse. But that's I think, where ah lot of Realtors are going to excel are the ones that have either like yourself that are already into the technology are the or certainly the ones that were willing toe learn it, embrace it and, you know, and kind of use it as a stepping stone to move forward rather than people that are like, you know, set in their ways. Like I'm not going to use that zoom stuff or whatever the case may be. They would rather ride it out and miss out on a lot of opportunity, push or take a chance on learning something
spk_0: 19:51
for sure. And and then then and I mean even with, um with what you guys are doing it next in, like, what are some things that you guys are doing to engage with the public and in your clients and the realtors, you know, potential buyers? Um, I know video. You have seen some of your virtual fliers that you guys are putting out there. Um, but what would it like what is part of some examples of some things you guys are doing?
spk_1: 20:15
Yes, I know. On the website, we have basically that will weaken. Dio either zoom in any kind of like multimedia basically got to our virtual tour. Okay, I know we've done Cem where we've done he really caught a tour. But basically, we've used our phones to zoom or Skype cooking. Show people where things are to get any kind of just said that they can feel like they're basically like they're here in the greeting house on they concede map on DSI the information. We also have tons of information on the website and then also all of our builders are doing virtual tours. They know a lot of them are starting to do a point by appointment
spk_0: 20:58
plan. They took
spk_1: 20:58
it and then they have a screening process for that beats voters a little different, but so bushed are the kind of progress. And I believe I want to say may 1st. I don't think it's official yet, but I believe we're going to start. Um, doing by pointing out here is Well, okay, so hopefully we're going to start to kind of progress towards it. Regular, you know, more normal,
spk_0: 21:24
kind of tested and see how it goes.
spk_1: 21:26
See how it goes and of course, see how what everything else and how everything else happens. But we also have on the website we have a chat bots, so there's like a You can go on to the website and actually talk to either. It's usually me, Aleshire, Cassie. Okay, if it's what's for it, since if you wake up at three o'clock and morning, okay, Talk about Nexon. You can talk to the chap pot, and eventually at some point you'll probably stump it, so to speak,
spk_0: 21:53
he added. Like let
spk_1: 21:54
it a little kit. It'll ask for like an email and we can get back in touch with votes. Oh, sweet. And that's been really helpful.
spk_0: 22:02
That's awesome, because I know I mean, you and I both know this. People are always online looking at house. That's how that's how majority people even start the home buying process. And so I can imagine now more than ever between working from home, I have no mortgage, people that even say that they work like almost a second shift because they have their kids and, you know, some of them third shift because, you know, so I could imagine people are the same way that probably like up all all night, like, oh, man, I gotta I gotta get ready to move soon. And they were met him. They might have been waiting for school to be over, you know, for example, um, so here we go. I mean, people are so moving from out of town that way, it doesn't matter.
spk_1: 22:42
I was actually on a zoom called yesterday with another realtor group and one of the comments was made. They were like, We're still gonna have a spring season. It's just gonna be in the summer, right? Right? Yeah. Yeah. It is gonna be interesting to see how kind of everything kind of held unfolds, but I think at least the way it seemed right now, I think we're going, You know, we'll be fine. It's just everything's going to kind of get bumped up a little bit,
spk_0: 23:08
right? Maybe shifting, no shifting. What? So so for those of you guys don't know much about next in, um, Bo here is what is there? You're I know you're and I can kind of like an engagement coordinator. Is that what you do?
spk_1: 23:24
So I guess my official title is community representative. Okay. Also the broker outreach coordinators for the Realtor side. Okay, basically, just so when people you know when they either engage with us or they're in there or they're able to come into the grieving house, it's really just to give them a great experience, tons of information about the community, and basically to sell them on the community. Okay, so that you know, and it's funny we did how it I wish I had a camera cause it was just abuse couple in the world over as they were walking out the door of the lady goes, Honey, let's just go buy a house because she would. They were just smitten with the whole concept of everything here on, and that's really in a perfect world. We would love for that to happen. Every time somebody comes in, we give them all the information about everything that's here, and it's gonna be here that we can tell them. And then basically they just need to get a house. Yeah, and then and that's a kind of to your point of what we were talking about before we've done more of now than we have in the past is really even more qualifying people when they come in. So that way, you know, and in a normal what was a normal world, I guess we would want them to get it every builder, check out every model and have amore informed decision as faras like what they're looking for. Maybe they get an idea from what house? But they pick another one. That's what a we're now. Well, not everybody wants to travel the 6789 different builders.
spk_0: 25:05
Yes, and it's kind of like you guys are not have multiple builders right there. And models.
spk_1: 25:11
Yeah, I mean, six builders and Bright Park than you. Of course we had. I mean, we've got six model homes with with just with Del Webb. No Accorsi of syntax and who times a North Korea. So for someone, let just to make up a number like if you have somebody that's, you know, what's about $350,000? Let's say they're 55. They legitimately need to visit nine builders. Yes, so really kind of talking to the folks in getting an idea of what they're looking for. That way we can say, you know, Builder X, Definitely that they're not in there, not in play. So OK, you can say our builder walk. They're not good. So if we can narrow him down, at least it's certainly two or three builders. So that's all they're having to go to. And then they're not wasting there, Tom. And of course, like I said, with everything that's going on, her chances of interacting with folks on that
spk_0: 26:14
Well, let me ask you like So when you mentioned how you guys can help narrow down the search, is it Is it based on your conversation with the buyers and their agents like you kind of ask them what they're looking for? And maybe maybe the style of home is that those type of things or amenities are those. The type of things you're asking
spk_1: 26:34
depends. So certainly with the way things were going, Now we're getting a lot of, um, we get leads that come in so they may say they have an interest in these three builders will. Then that way we know that's what we talk about cooking, I'll say, Hey, we're looking for a three bedroom, two bath. Okay, narrows it down some but and obviously weakened. And we can do some of the legwork as far as going on the website and pulling a list of It's a lot. So that has been a lot of emails to just email it folks back and saying, Hey, Andy, thanks for checking this out. We noticed these. What you this is. Here's a list of what you were looking for was a
spk_0: 27:15
Okay, Yes, that's pretty cool. I think that's what a lot of people need. Um, I have a new segment coming up, which I loved a partner with you guys on. It's pretty much focusing on my hometown heroes that are in that transitional phase where they're interested in maybe 55 enough community or just maybe changing where they lived. Maybe they have to sell the home and didn't want to downsize or they like that. Nixon has all of the, you know, the activities that you guys have on the trails. It's just a beautiful one. Stop place to live because you're nearby stores and whatnot. So I look forward to sharing or that when I
spk_1: 27:51
started, when you got Starbucks and halls or else I
spk_0: 27:55
mean, you know, I'm a taco boy kind of person. Yeah. So I enjoy that.
spk_1: 28:02
I was pleasantly surprised with, Ah, Bad Daddy Burger.
spk_0: 28:06
Really? You don't haven't been there? Only because the line has been so long. I I wouldn't when I would go. I guess I was more When I first opened, it was like after behind us like
spk_1: 28:16
ours because I'm kind of I'm a cheeseburger guy for you because it's a chain, But it's not a huge change, right? Um, so, yeah, that's definitely want to check out for sure.
spk_0: 28:29
Does that? Yeah, for sure. Any video I look forward to getting out, you know, there again, I think they're doing take out though, right?
spk_1: 28:37
Yeah. All. I think all in all the restaurants there and under bait the doughnut places is doing order. Okay, Um, basically running. Get it Run out. Um, yeah, and even halls is doing curbside. Everybody's and they've done a really good job on, and they all do a good job with their social media, but they you know, they pretty much have ah ah launching a dinner feature every day. Okay, They've all done a really good job of promoting that. And we've also got pages. Okay, girls, let's have a food truck out pretty much every almost every day.

Oh, nice eyes that located near your building where you guys are,
spk_1: 29:19
It's It's actually right across from next. It's where where there were there, built on their brick and mortar restaurants will be
spk_0: 29:26
well, because it's not ready yet. I remember when they're out unpleasant.
spk_1: 29:31
Oh, I Well, because Mr Pays used to live across the street from a so wow long time. It's been really interesting to see, uh, they were in a little I mean, a little restaurant. Yes. Longest time. I was like, I was like, how did that become what it is?
spk_0: 29:51
It's I remember when they were talking about moving the Somerville was everybody was like, what? Everybody, um, unpleasant is, like, really upset about it, but it is good for growth in
spk_1: 30:00
Oh, yeah, absolutely good. An ambitious biscuits coming to
spk_0: 30:04
like Is that like biscuit Bill? Um, sorta. It's It's really good. Okay. I lived in Raleigh and you had me a biscuit.
spk_1: 30:14
Built way had gotten runner when, uh
spk_0: 30:18
okay. Yeah. Wow. Was you know, this is some great information, and I look forward to sharing this. What? Everybody, more importantly, even doing a follow up with you. Um, just to kind of see more of next 10 and hear more about it. Um, I know my family. We live in a place where we don't have any trails in our community, so I The trails are a huge thing. Um, for for us? Um,
spk_1: 30:43
yeah, I didn't realize that that would be such a selling point, but it's one of our like, it's probably our number one thing. We never occurred to me, but it's It's you.
spk_0: 30:54
Yeah, it's awesome. I mean, we, you know, being where I am, I do have one on Dorchester Road. Um, but then you got to get there. You gotta maybe drive out there and hit the but the bikes on the bag, which is just fine with me if I like the trail. But, um, I don't mind putting throwing the bike Sunday,
spk_1: 31:10
walk out your back door.
spk_0: 31:12
Yeah. It's like that's different. Like I remember when I was there. I have a video. I did, um, I did want only did one tour of one of your properties at one of your model homes, which when I was out there, I could remember seeing how people's houses backed up to the trailer. And I was like, That's pretty dope how you can do that? Um, and I also like, custom about the detached garages. So it's awesome. Yeah, eso um, thank you so much. So do you have any advice for? For those that are looking to to work out at home right now and then, maybe also some advice for those that are thinking about maybe moving to next in kind of two different separate questions.
spk_1: 31:50
Yeah, so the biggest thing and I've had I've kind of had to follow this plan. Some days, it's just give yourself five minutes. If you do, so, do something for five minutes. If you after five minutes, you really just don't you're just not feeling it. It's OK. Toe to move on and go throughout your day. If you can kind of discipline yourself to just take that five minutes for yourself and pushed through it, you may find that you can get a 678 and so forth um, I I think if you can, a lot of times who say, Well, it's just five minutes, that's nothing. Five minutes of getting your blood flowing is yeah, more than you would if you didn't know for sure, really doing that. And as far Assn. Extent, like good, it really kind of blows me away. All the, um Nuland who has developed this area, all that they've done just the ability to have everything within. All right, to say an armed rates is a little bit of an exaggeration, but just to be able to have with and certainly with all the more things that will come over. And we're basically in the seventh or eighth year of a 20 year project with all the more things that will come, um, you really won't have to leave the area. And even now there's still a lot of things. I mean, even five or 10 minutes way you've got Wal Mart Target. All the stuff that's in is how you square and just area itself is growing, so there's a lot of things in different directions. But once it's also known, you really won't have to leave the next in areas. So I think just with the credibility credibility of restaurants with homes, Taco Boy, um, Fuji Sushi is another one. To whose pages? All those and I think that it's certainly for people like you and me and people who have been in the area for some time. You hear those types aims that have been, in the end, there really part of the community of Charleston here to come? Yes, there's a lot for a lot for the growth of the area.
spk_0: 33:59
Oh, for sure, for sure, I think, um, I know for me like, Wait, my husband, I will not I discouraged him from coming to next thing right now because he's always like I think if I go there, I want to move there. And I was like, Yeah, I think so, too. Let's just not Let's not go visit it because I remember when I did a video of the like, the model home he was like me, and that looks so nice. He was like, Let's go this Sunday and I was like, I'm coming. Just what can we not go to Sunday? Um, I love where I live and everything, but I could we could. We just like bringing in a little
spk_1: 34:32
bit of good friends.
spk_0: 34:35
Listen, listen, I mean, I could see myself moving again. Um, but goodness, nobody really likes moving, but you, But I think I can see people come in the next in, like that couple visiting there and being like, I want to live here. Let's buy a house.
spk_1: 34:51
How they
spk_0: 34:53
definitely people are still buying and selling. So that's
spk_1: 34:55
yeah, And I think that's, um, you know, I think that's the thing. The big probably job of realtors and developers is to really let people know that Hey, business doesn't happen. Yes, it's the world hasn't stopped. You know, we just, you know, now is a really good opportunity, while rates are still relatively low. Yes, relatively, there. Let me in the low. Um, you know, do it now, especially when there's nothing. I mean, things were slow in general, so yeah, just getting the word out telling people waken still make it happen.
spk_0: 35:36
