You've hit a wall. Not the dramatic kind you need to go to the doctor for, but the quiet kind. The kind where you're still showing up, still delivering, still leading, but something inside you is running very low. You used to skip the woowoo posts about selfcare and nervous system, now you notice yourself creating a new folder on your Instagram to save all the hacks.

In this Fail to Win podcast episode, I'm sharing 6 healthy habits I've been installing to protect my energy as a highly sensitive entrepreneur: cutting alcohol, hitting 13,000 steps a day, reducing context switching, less caffeine, blocking my phone with the Opal app, and prioritizing strength training and weekly massages. This isn't a perfect routine in any way, but it’s working for me right now.
