This morning on the Senate floor, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell of Kentucky gave a high-level overview of some of the elements that will be contained in the Republican stimulus bill, including stimulus checks, funds for school reopenings, hiring incentives, PPE reimbursement, another round of PPP (which would be more targeted), COVID-19 vaccine research, insurance protection for seniors, and liability protection.
