Trump Throws Out Confusing 70% Figure on Stimulus Unemployment (FPUC)

One of the battling grounds in the next stimulus relief bill is the extension of the additional $600 weekly unemployment benefits known as the Federal Pandemic Unemployment Compensation or FPUC that is coming to an end this month.  Democrats want to extend the $600 in full all the way into 2021, while Republicans for the most part want to significantly reduce it.  Trump threw out a specific number today regarding the amount of the supercharged unemployment benefits as envisioned in the yet-to-be-seen Republican stimulus bill, but I'm not so sure the president's statement was very helpful.
