Hello, amazing soul, and welcome back to the next Conscious Leader Podcast. It feels so good to say that. And I just want to start off today's episode with a huge thank you. Thank you to those of you who are subscribed to this podcast. Thank you to those of you who have continued downloading this podcast. Even though I have not recorded a new episode in two and a half years. It has been two years, six months, and eight days since I released an episode. And yet over the past few months, this podcast has consistently received between 100 and 150 downloads a week. And I know this was God's way of telling me this energy is still here, this energy is still alive. And you have more to do with this podcast. So please pay attention. And the reason God was telling me that was because of those of you who have continued listening, who have been finding old codes, downloading old episodes, and really trusting this channel. So thank you. Thank you so much. Today's episode is titled This Comeback is Personal. So the episode update really will be a personal one. I'm going to share some major life updates, where I've been, what I've been up to, and some things that have happened in my world in the past two and a half years. And towards the end, I will share more of why I'm bringing this podcast back, what I'm feeling on the planet right now, what's happening with conscious leadership here on the earth. And maybe a little energy update will come through here at the end of this episode. We'll see. I actually did a live energy update on Instagram two days ago on Wednesday. I brought back a World Changer Wednesdays. If you're new here, World Changer Wednesdays is a live touch point that I do where I tune in to what's happening in the collective and offer live coaching and support and QA. It will be back for at least the next few weeks. So if you are able to pop in to that, we'll be doing those energy updates live for the next several weeks. And we'll see, you know, what else comes through here on this episode today with regard to the industry and the planet. Even though I have not been doing updates live over the past couple of years, I have still been very much a part of the industry, very much tuned into what's happening on the planet, consciousness rising on the planet, and we are at another very interesting time on the earth. Oof, my crown is tingling as I say that. And I can I can tell this is this is big. It's big energy that we are in the midst of. If we don't know each other, welcome. My name is Natalie Hunter. I have been in this industry for over two decades. I actually started as a motivational speaker in 2004 and found my first spiritual teacher a few years after that. So I have been in the spiritual world, the personal development world, the entrepreneurship space, and the conscious leader space for a very long time at this point. And even though I went through some big changes with my career and my personal life over the past two years, my calling has not changed. My calling is to support the world changers, those of you who are here bringing light to the planet, those of you who are transformational leaders, industry disruptors, conscious entrepreneurs, healers, coaches, thought leaders, and personal brands here bringing your light to the earth and helping raise consciousness at this time. I support this epic group of soul leaders on the planet through coaching, consulting. I serve as an energetic consultant for a lot of transformational leaders now, people doing their own events, impacting thousands and frankly millions of people on a monthly basis. And I also am now affiliated with personalbrand.com. I'll tell you more about that in a little while. But we do workshops there too. And I've been able to bring all of my information and my knowledge into these various containers over the past couple of years. I'll get into all of that here towards the end. But one thing that I want to touch on, it kind of leads me into my backstory, leads me into where I've been the past few years, is an interesting fact about me. I've been making a name for myself and leading with my own personal brand technically on my own since uh 2009. In 2004, when I started my as a professional speaker and started my speaking career, I was working for somebody else and I had a little bit of my own name and brand, but I didn't really start building my own personal brand, building my own name for for myself until 2009, when I officially became an entrepreneur in 2009 and 2010. And something that has always been so important to me as a personal brand, uh, an entrepreneur who is leading mainly with the energy of my myself, my personal container, something that's always been so important to me is maintaining an energetic stability and only being on the stage, quote unquote, only being in a place where I am serving when I feel steady enough to do so. The energetic stability I'm referring to in this moment is really, you know, within oneself. But I I know that we have a sense of how we're doing on a regular basis as conscious souls and conscious beings. And there have been several times in my career over the past really 13 years where I have been guided to take myself, you know, quote quote unquote, off the stage. I've been guided to not be in a place of service because I was going through a dark night of the soul or going through a big transformative chapter in my life. There were several times where I was guided to just pull myself off the stage. People told me I was crazy. People were like, what are you doing? And I when I just knew deep inside I was not, I was not good, I was not unshakable. There were a lot of things happening that were transforming me for good or for you know difficult times. And I didn't feel steady enough to lead. So I took myself off the stage. I think it's important. I talk about this with my clients and especially coaches that I train. It's so important to be a steady vessel when you are guiding transformational work because that safety and stability that comes with you being an energetic, stable container is what people feel and what they actually can use to feel safe to then do the work and transform. I feel it's out of integrity for me to, you know, try to show up and serve and do transformational work, guide transformational work when I'm, you know, when I'm in times of my life where I'm not okay. And that is really what has been the theme for me over the past couple of years. I have been going through a very big, my my astrologer calls it a Plutonic aspect in my chart. A transit, really. A double, it was really a double Plutonic aspect, a double Pluto transit in my chart. Basically, if you know, you know, but basically Pluto was crossing three planets and my mid-heaven point all at the same time. It started in 2022 and it did not end until the end of 2025, really like lunar, lunar new year. So really recently. I have to laugh now looking at this crazy journey because I had an astrologer help guide me through understanding what was happening in my chart too a few times. And he, when he's when I first met him, I was already in this plutonic aspect. It was early 2023, and he looked at my chart and he said, You the he said, what you are in the middle of is truly his words, truly a crusher. It's really a crusher. He said it's gonna crush everything in its path for you. And he was right. This I had he said there was a generational plutonic aspect crossing, I can't remember which planet for basically for my generation. And then he said I was also on top of that going through a private Plutonic Plutonic aspect that was crossing my mid-heaven, my Iranis, and my Chiron all at once. And that is what contributed to a huge amount of wobbling for me, a huge amount of transition for me and me needing to take myself off the stage. I was not in a place where where I could serve, quite frankly. And it made me question so much, but at the same time, brought me into a new level of self and a new level of identity. And quite literally, I am a different person than the last time I sat in front of this microphone. I'm a different person physically, I'm a different person spiritually, emotionally, and actually quite literally because I do have a new name. So I am completely new in so many ways, thanks to this plutonic aspect, these Plutonic aspects, two of them, and the ways that I've chosen to lean into this transformational time and grow and change and allow the change to turn me into who my soul was ready to be here on this earth. You know, shaking me up, but really in a way to get me exactly where I was meant to be. And I'll I'll get into a little bit more of that, but I just wanted to do a little bit of a high-level overview of what's been going on over the past really gosh, three and a half years for me on um deep soul level. That has obviously translated into big physical changes in my life professionally and personally. And like I said, so much has changed, but also I've become even more in tune with my calling and remembrance of what I'm doing here on the planet at this time, why I incarnated, and how I'm meant to serve. So very intense couple of years, but also very exciting now being on the other side and being able to share about how everything has gone down. Okay, so let's back up really quick, and I will pick up from when I recorded my last episode. I recorded in October of 2023. And I thought that 10-month break that I took was huge. Little did I know. I had another two and a half year break coming for the podcast, but that 10 months felt like a humongous gap at that point. And that was really, really just the beginning. I thought I was through the transformational aspects of that Pluto transit at that time because I was feeling inspired again. I was excited, I was ready to work again. And I did feel about four or five months of steadiness. And that's when I showed back up. I did the uh next level mentorship and mastermind program, which ironically, not ironically, was all about change. It was some new codes on how to create change, on how to navigate change. I did that program and it ended four days before our wedding. So it was a fantastic program, amazing group of souls. And I was guiding people through the creation of their next level right before I jumped to my own next level. So that big gap where I didn't record on the podcast for a little while. I was going through huge transformation, big business changes, be big betrayal, huge shifts in the world in my world. And I felt, you know, so excited to be back. I thought I was back, back was really all just preparing me for the next half of my Pluto transit and preparing me for becoming a wife and all that that was about to entail for me. I went into the wedding portal, and it was absolutely incredible standing at the altar with my husband to enter into the union of marriage, and then I was plunged into the physical transformation of becoming a wife, and that was also a very, very big portion of my journey. Also, immediately after we got married, this is uh we're in February 2024 now. Uh, immediately after we got married, I got pregnant within a few weeks. I ended up miscarrying at 11 weeks. It was very intense part of the process, but that was, you know, all divinely orchestrated at the time. And it was also part of why I was needing to take some time. We got married, I was going through that transition, and then boom, I found out I was pregnant, and then I was adjusting to that, then I miscarried, and I entered into in 2024 what I called healing girl summer. After that, I had a big spiritual quest that I embarked upon, and that was part of my journey of letting go of my maiden self. I had a beautiful trip to Maui with some powerful soul sisters in my life. They supported me too in the releasing of my maiden self and preparing to change my name. So I went through a lot of change all at once in 2024. And something else also birthed as a result of that. At the end of 2024, I got a huge burst of inspiration, went through a big birthing process to birth another podcast called Spiritual Girl in a Material World with my best friend Sam Harper. We recorded, I think, 20 or 21 episodes of that podcast. So if you have not checked out Spiritual Girl Podcast, please go check it out. It is up. You can go find it. You can tune into that dynamic, listen to some very interesting guests. And me and Sam doing that podcast together was such a powerful uh stepping stone for me, too. It was a big transitional time where I was becoming Natalie Hunter. I was Natalie Hunter then. I was deciding who Natalie Hunter was. What did she wear? What did she like to do? How did she want to show up in the world? And Spiritual Girl Podcast was pivotal in supporting the next level of my own spiritual study and evolution as well. Oof, more to come on that. That'll be a different episode because that one is really deep. I cannot cover that one quickly. Spiritual Girl Podcast is uh, like I said, still up. You can tune into it right now. We are not currently recording. We have gone through some very interesting back and forth. We are still best friends, and at times we get a feeling like we're supposed to record, and then we feel like it shifts. We we we feel like we jump timelines a lot. There's some there's some interesting pieces in our story that have shown us how quickly we can jump back and forth when it comes to our growth as well and what we're creating here for our careers. And we've also just been in total trust that the next iteration for Spiritual Girl will show itself and hit us over the head with it when it is clear. So we are trusting the timing on that too. But Spiritual Girl Podcast and birthing that was a big part of what happened at the end of 2024, going into early 2025. Also, at this time, actually in early 2024, when I got pregnant, Michael, my husband, got a very strong nudge to spin back up personal brand.com. So, fun fact about Michael he has 16 years experience marketing and building thought leader businesses. He and his business partner actually wound down the marketing aspects of their company in 2015 for really 2016 to work on their software. They created a software from their marketing company. They saw a hole in the marketplace for authors, speakers, coaches, thought leaders, and decided to create a software that is now very, very well known in the thought leader space and helps coaches and thought leaders, personal brands take payment on their websites. And it was again birthed out of their marketing company. In 2024, Michael received very strong guidance to begin to spin back up the marketing side of things. So personalbrand.com came back onto the scene. And Michael started to take branding clients again with uh one of our partners in personalbrand.com now, our chief brand officer who has Fortune 1000 branding experience. Michael really started to focus on supporting people on the marketing and branding side of things again, with you know, alongside the software company. Software company is in a great space and up and running and doing fantastic. So he felt some extra capacity was available to spin back up the marketing side of things. So in early 2025, they approached me and asked me to start coaching their clients, the clients that were going through the brand process and the marketing side of things. They were noticing we're needing a little bit of support on the personal and professional coaching side of things. So I decided to say yes and come on board with personalbrand.com and became the chief transformation officer supporting our clients as they were going through the brand expansion process. And that was really when I started to work again for the first time in a year. I had not been working through most of 2024. I'd been going through some significant healing after the miscarriage and what I call the healing girl summer. I was pursuing a couple other modalities and some support. I was off the stage. I did not feel steady. I was still going through the big depth of this plutonic aspect, and I knew I was not in a good place to serve. So I didn't until they approached me in 2025. And it was so good to start coaching again in 2025 and really be a part of what they were creating over there at personalbrand.com. In the spring of 2025, Michael also received guidance that we were going to do an event for personalbrand.com. Me, Michael, and Jonathan were going to create a three and a half day event. So we did. We called it Brand and Business Breakthrough. And for a good couple of weeks there, I couldn't really see the vision. But I was trusting Michael. I was trusting my husband. I was getting under the mission that God had placed on his heart. And he knew that this was something that we were meant to do. So me, Michael, and Jonathan put on this event called Brand and Business Breakthrough in 2025, May of 2025. And I was told I was going to speak at this event. Michael said, You're going to speak. Jonathan's going to lead some branding, messaging work for people. I'm going to lead some business instruction and you're going to do some speaking on energy and the importance of energy as you transform your brand and expand your presence in the world. Great. I was on board. But I was also very nervous for some reason. I felt like it was everything was new. I didn't know exactly how I was going to word it. Even though I've been teaching this for a long time, I was very, very in my head going into this event. And I put together a whole new talk. Now we're in May 2025. We're at this event. And the first day that I spoke, I did a morning presentation and I was guiding everybody through an exercise. I'd been on the stage for about an hour. It was going great. And I had everybody working on a reflection journaling prompt for a moment. When Michael leans over to me, we're at the front of the stage, and Michael leans over to me and he whispers, like, that was really good, but can we get to the live coaching? I was shocked when he said that. I did not know that he had wanted me to coach. I thought I was just speaking. And I looked at him stunned. Again, we're in front of the room. Imagine a room full of 30 people who are journaling. And I look at him and I said, Right now, you want me to coach right now? And he said, Yeah. And I said, like this group? And he says, Yes. At this point, I had not live coached in about two years. And most of the live coaching that I had done, like deep, in-depth live coaching, had always been inside a longer container. And I wasn't feeling like I had, you know, that much rapport with this group yet. I had just been on the only on the stage for about an hour. And Michael said, We're transitioning to live coaching. Let's start taking some shares. And I really we joke about it now. I feel like he threw me into the deep end of the pool. Um, he said, It's time to fly, Bertie. Let's go. And I ended up taking some shares, bringing somebody up to the front of the room and live coaching. And it was one of the most powerful moments of the whole weekend, that first coaching session. Within just a few minutes, this incredible soul was hunched over, having a huge breakthrough and crying in front of the whole room. And we had a very powerful moment that really kicked things off for the transformation portion for this event. After that was complete, you know, about 45 minutes of live coaching. Michael turned to the room and he said, Who here is interested in being live coached with Natalie during this event? And every hand in the room went up. And that was such an incredible moment for me. It was so moving for me because I had gone through a huge process over the year and a half before basically letting go of my other business and and all of the live coaching that I had done. And I did not know that it was going to be a part of the next chapter and the way that Michael had seen it. And I feel like that moment was pivotal because I truly came back into the live coaching space in a different way, in a different container. And it was just incredible. So that was our very first BBB. We did another in September uh 2025, and then we did our third one in January 2026. And the events have just gotten more and more powerful, more and more transformative. The people that are coming through these events are incredible world changers, powerful leaders here bringing their light to the world through their personal brand business. The personal brand team gets very in-depth with the attendees over those three days. We like I said, we do the coaching. We have actually we've we've transitioned it to a breakthrough night now, where I do a lot of the live coaching in a smaller container at night for those who are just super, super ready to go deep and break through. And then we do the brand messaging portion and we do the business model. And it's just so incredibly powerful to do all of that work, the energy work and the business work and the brand work all in one container. Because we get to free up the energy and help the powerful souls feel so much more free. And then boom, they get to apply it to the business container immediately. It's incredible, and it's just been so much fun to do this event. At the same time, my one-on-one coaching practice has also picked back up. I launched the 100 free coaching calls offer in August of last year or two, and that has brought in some incredible people to my world. And my one-on-one coaching has never felt more aligned, never felt more fun and exciting, and has never felt more on mission. I've also been supporting events. I get hired now to support transformational leaders in their retreats as they host their events, as they do their big pitches, making sure the energy in the room is exactly where they want it to be. And I also host and facilitate retreats too for people who bring me in and speaking at events. If you've got a group of world changers or transformational leaders, I've been being brought in to do some speaking, do some cacao and live coaching for those audiences. And I've also got some other things on the horizon coming for coaches and those who are guy called to guide and be transformational leaders. Again, you know, we have a very extensive wait list for coach training, and that is going to be coming back in 2026 as well, in some way, shape, or form. So that is what I've been up to. That pretty much brings us to today. We are three weeks away from our next brand and business breakthrough event. I'm so excited for that. And now that we know how powerful the energy work is with business content and business strategy work, we are just on fire with these two aspects and how they can support the next conscious leader in increasing your impact, increasing your presence on the earth. Together, Michael and I have so many powerful codes and a unique perspective of what is needed for conscious leadership on the planet and the personal development world, what it takes to succeed in this industry and putting them together really feels like we are on purpose. We are serving the mission that God has placed on our lives and that our souls have chosen for this life in a very big way. I made a post about us recently, and I said in the caption that it is so clear to me now that what God is doing through us together is so much bigger and more powerful than what either of us could do alone. And to dip into a quick energy read for the planet and for what I call team light, we are going through the most intense spiritual battle, spiritual war that planet Earth has ever seen. The war of light and dark, the war on consciousness, and the war for human consciousness. I get chilled as I say that. I know this is a huge part of what is happening for conscious leaders, and some of the struggle or some of the uh transformational pieces that you might be needing to navigate in your life might be being made more difficult by this particular aspect of what's happening on the planet. Basically, what I'm trying to say is there's your soul curriculum. You know, there's the lessons that we're here to learn, there's the pieces that we're meant to go through as we accomplish our mission. And then there's the spiritual war that's happening on the earth that might be slowing down your curriculum, might be slowing down your impact, might be, you know, making it more intense than it's meant to be, you know. And then on another level, we can look at it like, okay, well, maybe this is all meant to be happening. I truly believe that if you're here helping raise consciousness on the planet, if you're aligned to me, if you're aligned to this message here, right now, at this time, that you are an extremely powerful soul and you also incarnated on the earth at a time, you know, where you knew it was going to be interesting. So I know our souls are equipped for this. I say all that to say that our souls know what's going on on a soul level. And it's it can be intense for our human selves to to navigate this. So if this is resonating with you, you are our people. We've got you. We have various codes and a lot of things that are going to come through this podcast that will support you and your growth, your expansion, and most importantly, your big mission on this earth. You are a world changer. You came here to change lives. You came here to impact people. And there are people waiting for you. There are people who are looking for you. One other fun note about my own personal journey is I started going through this transit in these Platonic aspects, these Plutonic transits, the Pluto transits in my chart. I started going through them in 2022, actually. In 2023, it really got intense for me. Uh, the company that I was running went through a lawsuit. I went through a big betrayal. I had a death in the family, I had some other very interesting things happening. And it was all, you know, aligned with this Pluto timing, this Pluto transit. I had a friend look at my pattern app one day and she said, My gosh, you you need to talk to our astrologer. You need to talk to the astrologer that we all talk to in our Soul fam. So she sets me up with the astrologer, and I have a meeting with him in the middle of July, and he says, looking at my chart, he says, This is 2023, wow, I think I told you this in the beginning. He says, Wow, this is really a crusher, what you're going through right now, and the way that Pluto is aspecting all these areas of your chart. It's gonna literally wipe out everything in the career and help rebuild your career, and it's affecting this and this and this. And then he says, You're gonna be in this until the end of 2025. And I would I was like in denial at first when he said that. I was like, There's no way. I was like, I'm feeling better, things are shifting, I'm gonna get through this very quickly. I'm already gleaning the lessons, and he just kind of nodded politely. He's looking at my chart though, he's like, Pluto is a very slow-moving planet and it is going to destroy everything in its wake. And you'll be on this until the beginning of 2026. And it wasn't until we made it to the lunar new year here in the end of 2025 and the beginning of 2026 that I actually felt like I was out of this space. I definitely started to feel stronger in 2025, which is why I went back into the coaching, you know, because Pluto is the planet of death and rebirth. So I was in the rebirth portion in 2025, which is why I felt good enough to start working again, steady enough to start leading again in the ways that I was with the coaching. And at the end of the calendar year of 2025, we were running a mastermind through my husband's other company, and we had a BBB January 5th, 2026. So I was in a very quick-moving time this past December and into January, and I didn't really notice anything different inside myself. You know, it was in the back of my mind that my astrologer had said, you know, you're gonna start feeling better and like you're out of this Pluto transit at the end of 2025, but I didn't really feel any different until we crossed over the lunar new year. I woke up on the last day of lunar year 2025 and I was immediately plunged into ceremony. I felt like it was New Year's Eve. I felt like I was reflecting on everything that had happened. I just knew that I was about to be complete. And I truly felt it after we switched into the lunar year of 2026. So thank you to my higher self for arranging this huge, huge amount of transformation. And thank you to all of you for being patient with me and continuing to download some of these old codes and still very potent codes from this journey thus far. This journey, this podcast that originally started in 2019 has been very clearly getting my attention lately. And I finally feel like I'm in a place capacity-wise to start showing up on this podcast and leading more in the live component for this community. So it is go time. The energy read from this week I was guided to deliver for the conscious leader community, for the world changer community was it's decision time. And that message came through so strongly, and then I got confirmation right after, as I always do in the past two days. I've also seen very powerful things happening in our community, people deciding things. And for me, this has been what I've been deciding. This is my decision. I am showing back up. I am ready to serve. I am at capacity to serve again in a much more live component. And I am picking up the baton to support our collective of transformational leaders, conscious light beings, and those bringing change to the planet at this time. Ugh, I just love you all so much.
