In this podcast, you'll find codes, inspiration, activation, real talk, spiritual truth, and the unwavering reminder that soul-led impact starts with you. I'm so glad you're here. Hello, amazing soul. I am so excited to drop in today with my absolute favorite way to think about prayer, to structure prayer, and some codes on how to uplevel your prayer life. At the end of each episode, now I've been saying stay prayed up, but it occurred to me the other day that I could make an episode on what exactly that means. And my easiest, clearest, most simple way to uplevel your prayer life and create effective communication with God on a daily basis. It's actually a very simple framework that I developed over the past several years. And I'm going to break it down for you. But this is really something that you can use every day. A lot of people go, and I'll explain this in a moment, but a lot of people go right into prayer making an ask. And that for a lot of different vibrational reasons can place us in a lack mentality rather than starting the prayer with a different vibration. So I'm going to give you my spiritual lens and my breakdown of this formula. I developed this formula and actually I feel like I downloaded this formula. This came to me about three years ago. I was in a process, obviously, in some deep work, and I was developing this. I actually developed this with the support of a friend. We were kind of bouncing back and forth the ideas as I was downloading this and creating the structure. And I've since offered it to a lot of clients over the years. I also use it personally in my own prayer life. And I'm so excited to offer you this simple structure to see what it does for you too. Okay. So the structure is simple. It's P-R-A-Y. Easy to remember. P start off your prayer with praise and gratitude. Starting off a prayer with gratitude is actually starting off a prayer in very high vibration. According to David Hawkins' map of consciousness, gratitude calibrates around 540 or higher on the scale. And it actually acts as a bridge to higher consciousness, shifting you from lack to abundance immediately. So as soon as you start to open up a prayer or use your words or mental power to focus on gratitude and praise of the creator, you are opening up a channel of connection to the highest seamlessly. Gratitude is the fastest way to pull you into a higher vibration because it takes you from the illusion of separation into connection, oneness, and more of the remembrance of Capital T truth. So when you open up a prayer with this, you are immediately opening up the doorway to high vibration before you say anything else. And that's what we want with our prayers, right? You come into prayer for a reason, but to start a prayer with praise and gratitude for the creator, gratitude for all the blessings that you have, praising the creator and the divine creative intelligence that is bigger than us is a perfect positioning for any prayer. In current pop spirituality, there's a lot of focus on us being the creator of our own reality. When you've heard me talk about this already, the truth is that we are a sliver of creation experiencing itself as a human. So therefore, we are co-creators of our reality with the creator. When we acknowledge that in a prayer and start off a prayer, start off communication with that acknowledgement, it puts things in the correct alignment and is going to calibrate the rest of your prayer for success. I'll get into a little bit more of my thoughts on the current temperature of the spiritual world in another episode and offer you what I call the Jesus codes in another episode. But for the prayer formula, I just want to also include the fact that I am in my prayers, opening up my prayers with praise and gratitude, not just for the creator, but also for Jesus, the highest ascended master, and whom I look to as a role model and am grateful for for many different reasons. So I do include that in my own praise and gratitude practice when I'm opening up my prayers. Okay, so that's P opening up their prayer with praise and gratitude for anything that comes to mind in that moment. Next in the formula, we have R. And R stands for actually several different things. R can stand for repent, realign, reappropriate, or return. So you may have heard me mention in another episode as well that the word repent in Hebrew means to return. The word sin means to miss the mark or to go off path, and the word repent means to return. I also like to think of repentance as a realignment of your energy. So if sin means to be misappropriating your energy and creating something that is not of the highest or creating something that is from a wound or limited perception, and it's taking us off track, I believe the word repent means to return, realign, reappropriate your energy to the highest. In looking at Jesus' teachings in the Bible and understanding the frequency of Jesus, if you've connected to Jesus, Jesus is actually not bringing any ounce of shame or guilt to us as humans for any misappropriation of our energy. It's the church that added that, it's other humans that added that over the years. So when Jesus said repent for your sins, he was saying, bring back your energy to the highest. You know not what you do, you're in forgetfulness, and it's time to return, realign, bring your eyes back to the highest, return to God that is in you, reappropriate your energy. And the way that we do that as humans is to actually acknowledge it. And the word repentance, again, without sin, without, without regret, just acknowledging the areas in your life. And if you do have regret, it's okay. But as much as possible, do it without the shame. Acknowledge and look at within yourself the areas where you might be off track and acknowledge those out loud in prayer. And do it in this order. So open with praise and gratitude and then realign your energy or repent for any areas where you've been off. I actually repent in prayer for the time I spend in worry, fear, distraction, anger, because I know those are not the highest appropriation of my life force energy. And when I acknowledge them and I bring them into prayer, I'm actually bringing them into the light. The gratitude is such a high vibration that when you bring in anything that you want to repent for, anything that you want to realign for, it automatically brings it up into the light. Again, without shame, without guilt, those are the lowest vibration. But when you open up your prayer with that high gratitude vibration, and then you bring in anything you want to repent for or realign or return to center on, you're also bringing it into the light. This is extremely important from a spiritual warfare perspective as well, because when we have things that we are doing or misappropriating our energy toward, and we don't acknowledge them, we don't repent for them, we don't correct them and bring them into consciousness, we are actually leaving ourselves susceptible to that being used against us by energetic forces, not of the highest. I will get into this in other episodes, but there are very legalistic aspects to the spiritual realm that a lot of people overlook. The spiritual world does not respond to intention, it responds to legal structure. This can also be referred to as karma. If there are things that you have created either consciously or unconsciously with your energy, you will have to reconcile them, you will have to deal with them at some point. So being proactive in prayer and repenting for and realigning your energy consciously as much as you can will support you in the creation process and creating what it is you're actually trying to create. So when you repent for these things that are misappropriations of your energy and you realign your energy as much as you can, it's almost like returning your frequency to the highest. So nothing is working against you anymore. And the great thing about repentance, and again, without shame, without guilt, without feeling bad for things, bringing things up to the light is that they very quickly do get realigned just by putting your attention on it. It just needs to be done. And something else that I like to say about repentance is that the creator knows our humanness. We are actually going to misappropriate our energy quite a bit as humans because we're in that constant forgetfulness. And it's okay. Again, the creator knows your humanness. I'll talk about this more in the Jesus codes. But it is when you do it without shame, it is actually a gift to us to be able to realign our frequencies because the creator knows our humanness and knows that we're operating like with those oven mitts on the game controller, and we're gonna mess up, we're gonna misappropriate our energy because we have old fears or we have other frequencies that may pop in as part of our curriculum. But it can be all realigned, it can always be reappropriated. This is something I talk about with energy and energy coaching. I say, if you feel stuck, remember that everything is energy, and energy can always, always, always be shifted. In fact, that's the only thing that energy does. It cannot be created or destroyed, it can only be changed forms, it can only be shifted and moved. So the same is true with our energy and our life force energy expressing itself through our human container. So, however, it feels an alignment for you in the prayer that you're praying at the time, repent, realign, reappropriate your energy and return. Return your eyes back to the absolute highest and just acknowledge the ways that you have been off. The effort you put into this process will be rewarded. Which brings us to A in the prayer formula. This is where you make your ask. This is where you ask for support. This is where you ask for direction. This is where you ask for a sign. This is where you ask for guidance. Putting the ask here in the prayer formula is a very quick way to align your prayer to go to the absolute highest, to be the most effective it can be. Starting your prayer with praise and gratitude, repenting and realigning your energy and focus before you make your ask. Literally, I see it like it brings your prayer into the right line. It brings it into alignment and shoots it directly to the top of the request line when you are in prayer with the creator. Because you've done the work to align your vibration first before you make your ask. You're not coming into create with prayer from a lack mentality. You've been in praise and gratitude, which has opened the bridge. You've realigned any areas where you've maybe been in lack or been in fear or been in worry. You've brought those to the light. And when you make your ask from this place, you've already brought it into a higher vibration. And again, when we're in the co-creative process, we want to do it from the highest vibrational place. We want to do it from a cleared energy and not creating from a lack mentality. So this is why putting the ask here in your prayer is so, so powerful. And you will start to get signs and you will start to get responses so quickly when you do things in this order. Which finally brings us to why, which stands for yield. So once you make your ask, however long you want to be in the ask part of the prayer is totally fine. But ending the prayer with a yield is extremely powerful as well. So why in the praying formula stands for yield. And the way I like to say this is you make your ask and then you get out of the way. You yield to the absolute highest and greatest good. You yield to the highest will and God's will and your soul's highest creation for this lifetime. And the reason I say it like this is because, you know, sometimes as humans, we can be so in forgetfulness that we forget that what we're asking for is not actually of the highest. This kind of covers us with the yield here. It covers our ask with high vibration as well. And uh the vibration of surrender and trust in the highest. Trust in yourself, trust in God's plan, trust in the soul's creative plan that you have set into place with the creator, too. I believe before you came to earth, your soul sat down with God and with your team to create these soul contracts for yourself and for your life. I've seen it many, many times in sessions for clients. And the creator is there. You're making agreements with the creator. And those are the agreements that I want us to defer to in prayer. And we don't have perfect memory of that because part of the process was us going through this creation of these contracts and then forgetting about it. And I believe these contracts can pull us forward. These soul contracts are what guide us over time, and God's getting our attention through our desires and through little nudges and synchronicities in our life. But again, we are still in a human body, so we're not going to be in 100% remembrance. Therefore, sometimes we make asks and we want things that are not in the highest alignment for our life. They're not in the highest soul contract for our life. And asking that the highest and greatest good be done, the highest will for your life, God's will for your life be done at the end of the prayer covers us and also moves our human self out of the way so that the creator can continue to work through our soul and work through our humanness for the absolute highest and greatest good. It's basically saying, I yield to the plan, I yield to God's will, I yield to the direction of the highest. I believe in a higher alignment for my life than I can totally remember at this moment. I know there's a plan. I know that I have set this up with my creator, and I believe that I am being guided all the time. So I yield to that. I yield to that understanding. And the way that I like to say this too at the end of my prayers, and you may have heard me pray this if we've done a session together or you've seen me um work in public, I always ask and pray that the highest and greatest good for all beings and God's will be done through my actions, my words, and my time here together today. That's what I always say, and that's how I say it. And in my private prayers, I also ask this. I pray that God's will be done. And I pray that my human self may be aligned to the highest as much as possible, but I also acknowledge that I might be in forgetfulness, and I therefore defer to the highest plan for my life and for what is meant to happen through me as an instrument of the light. So that is what yielding looks like to me. You can also add in your interpretation of it. You can add in your own perfect wording and however it feels good for you to yield to the absolute highest. But this is an example of how I do it in my prayer life. So P-R-A-Y. Start off your prayer with praise and gratitude. Realign your energy, reappropriate, repent, then make your ask before you yield to the absolute highest and greatest good. Yield to the absolute highest will and direction for your life. I would love to hear what you think of the pray formula. I would love to hear what happens for you if you try it out. So please feel free to send me a message and let me know what you think.
