It' all said and done, right? You're just waiting for that final official legal notification that comes in the mail. You are officially divorced.
Most will tell you that this letter arrival was a liberating moment. But Fernando and I would like you to know that it's ok if at first its not so celebratory and instead feels a little like a surreal low moment.
And even though its considered final in the eyes of the court, what's separated on paper isn't always as separated in our hyper connected world.
How do you manage the friends you had in common? How do you mange the Children you both love and must co-parent together...doesn't sound so "separated and final" after all does it?
Don't worry, its a little messy but, we made it..and so will you.
