1️⃣ Fans show up as long as you are winning, but followers stay in the good and the bad. Jesus doesn’t need fans. He calls you to be a follower. (Matthew 4:19)
2️⃣ Count the cost because discipleship will cost you yourself and what you love most. Die to your will, ways, and truths so nothing stops you from following Jesus Christ. (Luke 14:25–33; Matthew 16:24)
3️⃣ Whatever you surrender has a Kingdom Return on Investment. Discipleship has an investment and a return. Disobedience has a tax. (Mark 10:28–30)
