On this edition of The American Constitutionalist, Podcast Moderator Jeff Tokar is joined by Cliff DeCamp and Lonny Wilder as they continue their exploration of the American Resolutions. This week featured resolutions include:
1 - An individual’s right to choose their healthcare insurer, healthcare providers, and to make their own healthcare decisions.
2 - Returning control of education to the states and local government to include returning to the states all monies designated in the federal budget for education, without deduction.
3 – The 14th amendment has been misconstrued to grant birthright citizenship improperly, and our current immigration and asylum laws and procedures are being ignored.
