Rep. Barbara Gervin-Hawkins (D) District 120 says democracy is on the line with redistricting in Texas
Rep. Barbara Gervin-Hawkins Texas (D) from District 120 is in Chicago with other democratic representatives from Texas. Rep. Hawkins said that the redrawing of lines is racist, a threat to democracy and it amounts to cheating.
Hawkins in this interview lays out the argument that this is not a Republican, Democrat or Independent issue but instead it is an issue that affects all Americans and the way we live going forward.
