Now is the time to start your professional Development planning and kick off a new year fresh, organised and ready to make a difference. Reflect on what went well for 2020 and what you would like to change for the new year.
Do a personal SWOT Analysis on yourself and each member of your team, look for any skills gaps and create a performance plan that aligns.
