There are 1440 minutes in every day (960 minutes if we subtract 8hr of sleep as discussed last week). Recommendations are for us to exercise 60 minutes a day. Just 60 minutes of 960 minutes. Despite this, most Americans do not get the recommended exercise. 

I get it - we’re all busy and our lives are filled with different priorities. Exercise might not be one of yours (yet). But you’re listening to this because being healthy is likely one of your priorities. This starts with movement. Just moving. 

Our lives are filled with dozens, if not hundreds, of moments where we can choose to move or stay put. Unfortunately, the default is to stay put. Today we are going to talk about intentionally moving each day to increase the minutes we are active. You’ll get 10 tips to increase your steps and movement each day.
