Hey, good morning. It is 5:00 AM today. I didn't doubt. And, uh, the buds are chopping outside. It's amazing. It's dark right now, but the birds are up just right around this time, you know, at the onset of September in 2018, October, somewhere around that time in India, a little cold, I was seven months. And I would crave  'chole bhature'.

Hey there, my name is Divya and I forgot to tell you so bad that  we had a spot on the equal John or of Spotify in their app. We will feed her there. And, um, yeah, I forgot telling you so you could still go and check it out. Also, season three is about to be. More information on it will be out very soon, but also social media channels and a trailer will be out soon here coming back to cravings and pregnancy.

And those of you who lived in Delhi, India, they will know that  'chole bhature' is a very famous breakfast dish. And I would crave it in the evening and amazingly, despite the craving, I never had an appetite for it. It is heavy, you know, it's. And I would mostly feel soulful because I eat every two hours. I was always thinking about what to eat next also was very gassy back then in pregnancy, which made me feel they heavy.

So despite the craving, I would just have a couple of fights. So I would go cause my husband to get it and eat while I just had a few bites to say shit, Pregnancy is an absolutely different time. It's an absolutely different zone. I still know that feeling while I had just adjusted to a life within me.

It took me some time post delivery to feel normal like I would before pregnancy. And that took time. Anyway, I'm sure you guys have your own way of how you feel. And that is so valuable today. We are going to talk about pregnancy. Just a bit of Bosch in here. I'm not an expert. I am not a nutritionist, so we will not delve deeper into nutrition.

As a student, child educator. I'll give you one thumb rule for eating, right. Your doctors must have by now already given you a set of cautions on what to avoid going forward. Um, so you already have a basics of what should be done and what to not. Why nutrition becomes significant in pregnancy is because of the viewpoints.

I'm about to tell you, nutrition is not just what's on your plate. It's not just eating from your plate. It's connected to a few discomfort in pregnancy and otherwise, and their management. It's actually a process. You eat food, it goes to your body. It gets utilized and there are so many factors. And some of the discomforts that are connected to it are heartburn, which is very common in pregnancy.

Like gasoline is the way I had it. Constipation, nausea, bloating, all of these have different causes in pregnancy, but they can be managed using nutrition to annex. So there can be many more linked issues, such as headaches that can also be managed with nutrition. And every pregnancy is different. Uh, the triggers, the, you know, management techniques for every pregnancy can differ, but once you try and figure it out to your own triggers, you can work on it.

And mostly nutrition is a good way to handle basic, you know, basic discovery. So the functioning of the stomach changes a bit during pregnancy. So eating a balanced diet can be a boon and it can help you manage these discomforts. I'm repeating that diamond again. Of course, it comes down to all individual bodies, like you said, every pregnancy is unique and your body may show some of these discomfort and may not show some discomfort at all.

Yeah. And so is eating drained in pregnancy, any different from eating late at night? Barring some cautions like avoiding mockery and et cetera. So the Tundra remains the same eating right in pregnancy is just the way you would eat, right. Otherwise. So your pregnancy plate or diet throughout the day should have these following elements that is food items that provide the following fruits.

You should have fruits in your plate throughout. You'd have greens, lentils, rice, et cetera. You played should have vegetables. Your blade should have protein. Your blade should have daily. If you're allergic to it, if you don't have it, it's okay. It's optional. But for example, in India, we are a heavily daily based country.

So daily is a very good option. Water, lots and lots and lots of. Because it helps relieve constipation, nausea, bloating, heartburn, everything. So the basic pregnancy plate will have all these following elements throughout the day and a good imbalance. So that's the basic plan and eating frequent meals throughout the day will support your body working heavily this night.

It's building up. Yeah, maybe technically, technically that's how I'm seeing it, but it's, it's, it's actually getting alive and including all of the food items above for a balanced meal will ensure that all nutrients are received. Of course, now you may individually need some help in sorting your particular issues out when it comes to choosing food items, because some of us are allergic to some because our senses are heightened in pregnancy.

We may not like something in that case. Sikh individual health from an expert. It's a good time to see Kevin when following guidelines. Now, this was very important to me. If you're seeking guidelines, if you're following guidelines from genetic information, the way I give you, or even from, um, someone else, remember the guidelines, they're not rules.

So you should listen to your body when it tells you it doesn't like something prospective. I figured out why maybe it's not liking something that is how our body communicates. And if you feel it becomes a hindrance in eating light, discuss with your birth educator, doctor or nutritionist. So somebody tells you to do something.

You try that and you're not able to do it. It's a good time to find out how else you can balance it. So on that note, I will take a leave. Just wanted to additionally, say our bodies are. They are able to pretty much handle any change and adjust. I was talking to my friend, um, who is expecting right now, and it was bliss to have someone connect with a human being inside here.

So it's blissful. It makes you realize that our bodies are super positive adjusting, especially the first trimester. And they're able to pretty much handle any change and adjust. So just. Being a little bit patient with our bodies. Yeah. You're not here. You're working a lot right now. And trusting our bodies has a relaxing effect and it allows our bodies to work better and flourish.

We are physiological beings. Our brain is connected to how our body functions physically. When I say physiological beings, it means that so trust your bodies. It's a beautiful, beautiful. Still be expecting. And I hope you are in all your glory with all the discomfort and still able to realize somebody down the line that it's a blissful, blissful feeling.

So trust your body is respected. Goodbye. I love you all really look forward to hearing you say a few things on how you are finding the series going. Pregnancy CDs, bling highly encouraged you to write an email or drop me a comment, share it with a friend who is expected or comment on any of the social media handles such as for example, I'm there on Instagram by the  that's the hundred D I V Y a K a P w O R V O X.
