The Fear Virus: Rise Above the Noise

Fear is an insidious low-energy vibration that seeks to penetrate any body of consciousness that it can find. In this short episode, I'll describe what's happening, share some tips for keeping your vibration (and immune system) high, and the silver lining that's available to all of us during this time of recalibration.

Hello and welcome to the high vibrational live podcast. My name is Kimberly Kingsley, and today I'd like to talk briefly about the fear epidemic that's going around. The fear epidemic is different from this flu epidemic, and it's more insidious and actually more dangerous. I don't need to go into all the ways that people are reacting to this, and it's totally understandable. I myself am having to keep my vibration deliberately high to avoid catching the fear virus. So I just wanted to do a quick episode to share with you. Ah, couple of fax and a couple of strategies that you can use to keep your vibration high enough that you won't be able to catch fear. Did you know that stress lowers our immune system? Did you know that every time were stressed, we take vital energy away from our immune system to battle the stress when it could be battling bugs that are trying to make us sick? There is nothing more threatening to the Corona virus than an inhospitable environment, and so the first thing that you can do is rise above the fear rise above the chatter, rise above the noise and the way you do that is by keeping your vibration. Hi, and I'll talk about how to do that in just a moment. I would also like to remind us all that when we have when we are in fear, we're spinning a story that our energy attach is, too. So think of it as you throwing out this line like a fishing line and your energy coagulating around this line so that in a way, it gives your awareness something to follow. We don't want to do this well. This is how our thoughts create our life. So if you're throwing out any kind of a line, you want to throw it out in a direction that's positive, not negative. So what are some things that we can do to create an inhospitable environment for the Corona virus and an inhospitable environment to fear itself? Fear based energy is slithering around and looking for any way that it can infiltrate a body of consciousness. So what we want to do is avoid this collective slithering mass of energy that it's so dark and so heavy and putting us in a survival mode. So if we can minimize our exposure to sensationalize news that will help so much physically. Raising your vibration is also really important. Bring a lot of oxygen into your body. Wim Hof breathing is so powerful for this. If you have never Googled Wim Hof, this is a good time to do that. It's spelled W i M h o f. He's a man, and he teaches this breathing technique that really charges the body with oxygen and creates a pH level through this oxygen that's inhospitable to illness. Okay, so breathe. Stay oxygenated, Stay hydrated. Drink a lot of water. Drink lemon water I ginger to your water. Do whatever you can to keep your body nice and hydrated. Lemon water is also known to increase the pH of the body. It's also great to do aerobic exercise, so whether you're jogging in place, going for a fast run Ah, doing jumping jacks whatever you can to shake off energy and increase blood flow increased oxygen flow that's also going to create an energetic armor that repels lower vibrational vibrations. Finally, I want to encourage you to watch your language with all the changes happening in our society right now economically. Schools shutting down temporarily Workplace is having their employees work from home thes air, all major changes that are shaking up our lives. And so it's natural to want to talk about it and by all means do so. But really watch your language. What? Notice your energy when you start to slip into the fear based rhetoric or the fear based conversation. Or, if you attached to another person's fear, disconnect immediately. Shift the conversation, elevate the conversation, elevate the tone because the fear is a downward spiral. It grips us, and it pulls us down into its vibration. So watch your language with others and watch your language with yourself. The truth is, people die from a lot of different illnesses. And so while this virus spreads very quickly and perhaps we'll have a higher rate of infectiousness, it doesn't translate to imminent death. And that's the unconscious story that's going around. Even if we're not saying it out loud. The unconscious story is that Corona virus equals imminent death. That is just not true. So when we swallow and digest the energy of fear, were also digesting the message it contains, so be very, deliver it to keep your vibration physically. Hi to be careful about what you tune into and then to be careful about the language you use both in your own thoughts and in conversations with others. Your presence. Your high vibrational presence that is focused on the now that is focused on the life that's flowing all around us all the time in nature, in the sun setting and rising and your heart beating life flows, period. Life flows. It does nothing else but flow. When it can't flow through a specific landscape anymore, it flows on to the next incarnation. Life never stops flowing. So as we navigate these next few months, let's all band together in a higher vibrational reality, one that is more true than the lower vibrational fear that is infiltrating our consciousness. We will get through this, and we will be stronger and more self reliant in many ways, and the silver lining is that we will have cut out the fat from our lives. We will have cut out the activities that we're not serving us to begin with, the autopilot things that we have done every day for so long that is not productive for us moving forward as individuals and as a society, so be well. Be well in your heart. Be well in your mind. Be well in your spirit and be well in your body.
