Hello and welcome to the high vibrational life podcast. This is Kimberly Kingsley, and today is part three of the life's design. Siri's. It's comforting to know that life has a design, and that design is Flo. You can think of flow as being four gates of energy. When each gate is open, life is flowing through you in an abundant way and leaving you feeling peaceful, powerful and like you're living on purpose. This is what it means to live a high vibrational life thes four gates of energy our presence, integrity, transformation and mastery. The present moment is where we receive the energy and information needed to open the first gate. Once that gate is open, we apply that energy toward our growth toward the next right thing. And in doing so, we integrate or digest that energy. The third gate and the one we're gonna be talking about today is transformation. And this is where we transform the energy into power. This third gate is the hardest one. But it is the secret to, ah, high vibrational life. It's hard not because it's difficult, although sometimes it is. It's hard because it's mysterious. When we transform, we step into the unknown and in the unknown were out of control. Life is in control, which is how we're designed. The fourth gate is mastery, and this is when our energy has been transformed into power and were able to express it into the world as our gifts. When it comes to flow, transformation can feel a little bit like an oxymoron, because when we're in the midst of transformation, it doesn't necessarily feel like our life is flowing. But this is a good time to talk about the difference between psychological flow and the physics of flow. Psychological flow is that feel good feeling of being in the zone where we lose track of time. We feel completely engaged with the present moment, and we perform at greater levels than we normally would. I look at psychological flow as flow with a small F and a byproduct of the physics of flow. So the physics of flow is the law of nature that says, for every flow system to persist in time, it needs to have the substance that flows and the landscape through which it flows. This is truly life's design. Transformation occurs when the landscape through which a substance flows can no longer contain the substance that's flowing. So in our case, we're talking about energy and the landscape is our life, our relationships, our career or habits all the ways that we express ourselves into the world, those air, the landscapes of our life. And there are two types of transformation. Organic and forced. So organic transformation happens all the time. It actually happens every day. There's small transformation cycles. That air happened very fast and rapidly, like transforming a raw emotion into a processed feeling. And then there are longer, more extended periods of organic transformation, and that happens every time you master a skill or every time, Um, you show up in a relationship as yourself and the relationship the landscape of that relationship transforms over time. Organic transformation happens every time you decide to exercise consistently and eat well for six months. So there are small, systematic payoffs, and we do these little actions that lead to further refinement and transformation and elevation of ourselves. The other interesting thing about organic transformation is that when we show up to our lives with radical authenticity, that is to be the most yourself that you can possibly be in any situation to show up honestly and fiercely confident and who you are and your thoughts and feelings when you show up toe life. That way, something really interesting happens to the landscapes of your life. Let's use a relationship is an example in a relationship when you show up and speak your truth, and you do this consistently over time, either one of two things happens. Either the landscape of your relationships strengthens in its capacity to hold your energy, or it weakens over time. And when a relationship dissolves or falls apart, it's because the landscape is not strong enough to contain the powerful force that is you or vice versa. Could be the other person or the combination of you two together. That's why it is really important, no matter what, whether it's a relationship or a job or any situation at all to show up as radically authentic as we possibly can. Because either we're gonna move towards strength, elevation and increased power and capacity in that specific landscape. Or we're gonna move toward the landscape falling away, which either way, those are perfectly good outcomes of organic transformation. If we avoid being ourselves in being honest about who we are. All that does is delay the crumbling of a landscape or delay the strengthening of a landscape. So organic transformation is the on leeway to elevate our lives. And when we do so, we generate this self esteem and this humble, authentic power that cannot be taken away because the power literally comes from more life energy moving through you. It's like you become a more efficient power generator over time. By following these four steps and allowing your energy to build enough so that it opens each subsequent energy gate. The other type of transformation is forced transformation, and that occurs when either the energy build so much that it bursts through a landscape like a damn or the landscapes are taken away. Suddenly, most of us have experienced forced transformation. In fact, I'm recording right now during the cove in 19 quarantine. Much of the United States, if not much of the world, is isolating right now to slow or stop the spread of this virus. This is an excellent example of a forced transformation. The landscapes of our lives have all but crumbled. We're not going to work anymore. We're not going to school anymore. We're not going out with our friends anymore or to the gym or any of the things that we did two months ago. So all of a sudden are landscapes have dried up, but our energy is still present. And of course we're doing. You know, we're connecting over facetime and zoom and were We're connecting with our families virtually, and we're doing everything we can. But there is still this abrupt stop to our energy flow, and it's there so much tragedy that's going on right now with this virus. But there's also so much opportunity, and that opportunity comes from your energy building and being more concentrated than it usually is because it doesn't have as many opportunities for dissipation. And when energy becomes more potent, it speaks to us in a louder voice. So it speaks to you and says, Hey, you know, this landscape, this, this this wasn't really fulfilling for me. I think I want to change that landscape or this other landscape. I know now for sure that this is exactly what I'm supposed to be doing exactly who I'm supposed to be spending my time with because I miss it, and I was fulfilled by that activity or that relationship for that job. So it's a really opportunity to have it be an organic transformation where you take control of your situation and act in a way that's in alignment with your own integrity, as well as the force transformation of not having these landscapes open to us anymore. For the time being, we also experienced force transformation every time we lose a loved one. So that was a landscape through which your energy flowed. You would communicate with that person. You would see that person on. When they pass away, the landscape is abruptly removed from your life, and that leaves us with all of this energy that we sit with and we process and we feel, and that's called grief. We experienced forced transformation when we suddenly lose a job when we go through a divorce that's not mutual that sudden and just happens when any kind of change happens that comes from the outside. We also experienced force transformation when we ignore something to the point that the energy kind of explodes and knocks us over. So, for example, if a person is sick but is in denial about it and doesn't take care of it. It can explode and and become out of control. If if you're in a relationship and you've got something on your mind and there's a pattern and you're not talking about it, you're not showing up in the most radically authentic way that you can't. That energy builds and it can explode and do damage to the landscape of that relationship. So organic transformation is kind of a natural unfolding of being in touch and receiving your energy and applying that energy with integrity and radical authenticity and over time, that shapes the landscapes of your life. Whereas forced transformation occurs when either the landscapes are taken away suddenly or when we avoid our own truth so long that the energy builds up and kind of explodes through the landscape like a damn that's breaking, it's so liberating to look at the physics of flow. Transformation is life's way of sustaining itself. Without old landscapes dying off and falling away, we wouldn't have any opportunity to evolve and to grow, and the challenge that many of us face is we get so entrenched in our familiar landscapes that we're not willing to show up in the most courageous way possible because we are afraid of what it will do to that landscape. We are more attached to the comfort of the familiar landscape than we are to the unfolding of our lives, in a mysterious way from being radically authentic and honoring ourselves in a bold and courageous way. Our job is to be a powerful vessel of life energy. There is no greater service that anyone can do for this planet than to show up. Powerful e outer landscapes change, but flow is constant and the greater the flow within you, the more alive you feel. So don't be afraid. Don't be afraid to be true to yourself. Don't be afraid for outside situations to crumble when you're just simply showing up as you. No one ever does anyone any good by playing small in this life. We are not designed that way. Life flows and it flows through us, and it flows beyond us in the various landscapes of our lives. So how are you gonna carve out your landscape to reflect the essence of who you are? That's why this third gate of transformation is the secret to a high vibrational life, because when we can step into our power in this way, we are increasing our flow and becoming more high, vibrational and feeling more on purpose than ever before. So I hope this finds you well, whether you're listening during the quarantine or after or in the midst of your own transformation. Life happens in seasons. We have our own summer of fun and stability and our own fall, where things start to change, our landscape start to shift. And then we have our own winters where we grieve those changes and we grieve those losses. And that's important because only by fully processing the emotion of loss can we wake up one day and see the blossoms happening again. Only then will we be able to step into our next spring Life flows. And the more we go with the seasonal flow in our lives, the more time we will spend in the present moment in the zone in that place where we feel high on life. So thank you so much for listening.
