297. The ShowOff Project - with Shani Nottingham, Artist

Merilyn Wilson Beretta

It is my great pleasure to 'show off' the ultra creative and talented (and very chatty) Shani Nottingham. An Australian artist with a heart for the environment (in particular the effect of bread tags).

Shani (rhymes with rainy) is an artist of many talents, working with paint, print, collage and photography. She believes her mission is to make joyful beauty and loveliness to make your heart sing. Shani shows her work through exhibitions and her very successful social media channels, as well as hosting creative workshops and fulfilling commission pieces. Her clients range from small start up businesses to large companies, councils, government departments, big brands, homeware retailers, authors, magazines, charities and other creatives. As well as all of this, she continues to work on her very personal endeavour, The Breadtag Project.

Background to The ShowOff Project:
As part of International Women's Day I'm showing off everyday women, all of whom I know, from every continent.  My hope is to bring insight, encouragement and inspiration at a difficult time on the planet.  And, most importantly, to help re-imagine what every day women leading their worlds looks like.

Wow is an energy. It's an expression of beauty, of awe, of wonder... of genius, of insight and ah-ha's. In a world that feels a little grey, the spirit of Wow must be felt. And heard.
This podcast season exists to explore the magnetism of 'wow' in life and business and to showcase Tall Poppies I know who are following what lights them up.

I believe the future is wow... join me.
