Jen Johannsen is a certified meditation teacher and a licensed school psychologist.  She teaches people how to decrease stress and increase happiness through modern meditation, mindfulness, and gratitude practices.  Jen is also a mom who experienced depression during and after her two pregnancies.  She shares her story, and we chat about how busy and overwhelmed moms can and should carve out even the smallest sliver of time for their self-care each day.
