#659 Finding Truth in a World of Lies: Charlie Kirk's Legacy and the Path Forward

Jack Episode 659

Love to hear from you; “Send us a Text Message”

The murder of Charlie Kirk and Ukrainian immigrant Iryna Zarutska reveals the fierce spiritual battle raging beneath today's headlines. Young people especially feel this tension as anxiety—a cognitive dissonance between what their hearts know to be true and the lies bombarding them from culture.

The Claymore apostolate, named after the Scottish broadsword, equips young men with a blueprint for navigating this spiritual war.

Knowledge becomes medicine to alleviate fear and confusion when we understand what's happening around us. Drawing from John Paul II's teachings, this three-step blueprint begins with developing friendship with Jesus Christ through daily practices like "knees before phone"—praying before engaging with technology each morning. By viewing temptation as an invitation to prayer rather than an occasion of sin, young men learn to transform struggles into opportunities for growth.

Scripture reveals two paths: the wide gate leading to destruction and the narrow gate leading to life. Society follows what might be called an 80-20 rule: 20% actively follow Christ, 20% actively work against human flourishing, while 60% remain lukewarm. This apathetic majority has allowed cultural deterioration by refusing to stand for truth.

Charlie Kirk exemplified speaking truth in love before his life was tragically cut short at 31. His legacy reminds us that authentic discipleship carries costs but also transforms culture. Through weekly podcasts, Substack articles, and community building, Claymore forms young men who, like Charlie, can become witnesses to hope in a world desperate for meaning.

Speaker 1:

Welcome to the Become who you Are podcast, a production of the John Paul II Renewal Center. I'm Jack Riggert, your host, and welcome to the special Friday edition. We call this Claymore. Claymore is the apostolate we have for young men. I apologize, I usually try to get this out very, very early in the morning on Friday, but yesterday, when I would have recorded it, I just had another sleepless night sensing the evil that took the life of Charlie Kirk, and I felt that pressing down on us. And I'm speaking to a lot of people that feel the same way, which in fact it is. You know.

Speaker 1:

I finally fell asleep and woke soon after, thinking about Charlie's beautiful wife and the children. What they must have been going through. I mean, can you imagine Erica waking up to that news or waking up the next day? I mean, or could you even fall asleep? You know, charlie was just such a beautiful human being. He was kind, loving, a man of deep faith in Jesus Christ, in love with his wife, so grateful for his children, his three-year-old daughter and his one-year-old son. And then it struck me thinking that one-year-old, let alone a three-year-old son, will he ever remember his dad, remember? I mean, he'll see the videos and stuff. But if you look at the videos of Charlie walking with his son, with his daughter, being affectionate with his wife, I mean it just makes you sick. And so, even the days before that, that beautiful young Ukrainian woman, irena Zeruska, I think her name is she was murdered in a metro. Irena Zeruska, we think her name is. She was murdered in a metro. Irena Zeruska we got to remember that name too, this young woman sitting quietly on the metro on her way home from work, irena Irena came from Ukraine to the United States, like my grandparents. My grandparents came from different countries, four of them. Three of them were orphans. Why? To escape hatred, violence, war and, just like the people that came before them, for a new beginning. That's why we come to America for a new beginning, this great land of opportunity, all the way back to our founding fathers, who came here because of religious persecution and wars, et cetera.

Speaker 1:

So I started Claymore, an apostolate for young men here at the John Paul II Renewal Center for you, because you young people have grown up in this violence and more. You've been lied to about everything your identity, your body, what it means to be human, the meaning and purpose of life. How do you find happiness here on earth? How do you find love that satisfies forever? And you've been lied to about all that stuff, right? So you talked to me about your confusion, anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, and I let that just stew in my mind. I said we have to come up alongside you in a systematic way, and that's where Claymore came from, because we don't want to let any of these young people, especially these young men that we're meeting, fall through the cracks. And so it's a discipleship program to help men disciple each other, etc. And that's what it's all about to journey with them to the truth and do it in love, united in Christ and in brotherhood together.

Speaker 1:

And I want to remind you not to be afraid of your anxiety. So many of you are feeling anxiety, and here's why I say that. It's because what is anxiety telling you in your heart, your inner life, your inner life, where you feel anxiety? Sometimes depression is very fearful. Well, it's because it's a war with the lies being told. Fearful, well, it's because it's a war with the lies being told when you know and when you understand what's going on in the world and why you're feeling that, what these two conflicting.

Speaker 1:

It's cognitive dissonance, it's a psychological term for that. It's when you feel a mental discomfort from holding two conflicting beliefs or ideas. So here's my human heart and here's all this noise and all the lies I feel from the outside. So you have this cognitive dissonance. Something's not working here in this. You know in the way the outside world's meeting my heart and it shouldn't, and so knowledge will alleviate some of that fear and confusion.

Speaker 1:

When you understand what's going on and Christ comes into the world and he speaks about this, often See the tension that this cognitive dissonance. When you're trying to hold these two belief systems, something in my heart tells me these are lies out there, but you don't know exactly why. So what do you try to do? You either have to either change your behavior or you have to justify it, which is what so many people do today, or you ignore it, like maybe 60% of our population has been sitting with this proverbial frog so long that they just become apathetic, and that's what I mean by that. You ignore the conflict. The reality is.

Speaker 1:

The only thing that changes is this medicine called truth and love. Tell the truth and love and love people in the truth. That's what St Benedicta St Teresa of Benedicta, wrote just before she was sent to the gas chamber. She was Edith Stein, a Jewish philosopher converted to the Catholic faith. And then she realized, wow, that's the truth. And it hit her heart. Huh, this cognitive dissonance hits her heart and she finally understands the truth, walks into that, becomes a nun, sister Teresa of Benedicta, and on her way basically to the Nazi gas chambers to die. She said always speak love, speak about love in the truth. She said always speak love, speak about love in the truth. And to speak the truth in love One without the other is a destructive lie. Well, that this action speaks or sums up the whole life of Charlie Kirk, doesn't it? And where did Charlie learn this? Where do we all learn this? The source of both the truth and love is Jesus Christ, who said I am the way, the truth and the life.

Speaker 1:

So I want to read from Claymore and maybe pause just for a minute here yourselves and download this so you can go to our website. It'll be in the show notes jp2reneworg. Go there, go to the top hit resource. From there, a number of things will populate it. Scroll to where you see the Claymore sword that's behind me in red, so it sticks out. Hit that, scroll down and you can download this Claymore battle plan. It'll also have a colored picture on the front with St Michael the Archangel, who's part of our apostolate here. But you don't have to download that one because it'll take too much color. Right? I'm thinking about you, I'm worried about you. So just download the sword, because at the bottom of it there's a quote that's very important from John Paul II. So you got it. You paused. You got the three-step blueprint called the Claymore from our website. We encourage everyone to do that, right, follow it, share it with the young men in your lives.

Speaker 1:

So Claymore is first, before anything else, developing a friendship with Jesus Christ. It's a movement of your anxious heart to the source and truth of life and love. And, as a part of getting your hearts back into this friendship with Jesus is reading his words, reading scripture. It's very, very important. So you know, you can Google information. You don't need more information. You got that out there. But what you do is you need to open yourselves up to his word, which is the truth and love and love and the truth. Why? Because it's in your DNA. This is the story that we're created for, the story that runs through, and, just like St Teresa of Benedicta. When we hear it we'll say, ooh, that's the truth, I know it. That's what John Paul II would call that aha moment. When the deep, burning, yearning desires of your heart meet the gospel in such a way, boom you go. That's the truth. That's what I've been looking for.

Speaker 1:

So I want to read you just a little bit of the Claymore battle plan. I'm not going to review the whole thing you can do that but the very, very first page, in fact I'm going to put my glasses on here. On the very first page you can read this with me. Pay attention. John Paul II said your life is not an endless series of open doors. Listen to your heart. Do not stay on the surface of things, but go to the heart of things and, when the time is right, have the courage to decide. Isn't that Charlie's life? Have the courage to decide, you know, don't just be apathetic. Don't sit with that proverbial frog forever. Don't just be apathetic. Don't sit with that proverbial frog forever. Decide, because life goes very, very quickly. I can attest to that.

Speaker 1:

So if you turn to the inside page, there's a quote from 2 Timothy that sums up this discipleship program. And St Paul is writing to Timothy, you then my son, be strong in the grace that is in Jesus Christ and what you have heard from me before many witnesses and trust to the faithful men who will be able to teach others. Also. Take your share of suffering as a good soldier of Christ Jesus. So here's Paul handing it to Timothy. Timothy then takes it and teaches others. That's what this is all about, and there's going to be your share of suffering.

Speaker 1:

Claymore is inspired by John Paul II's apostolic letter to young people where he outlines what he wants to talk about in World Youth Day. It's based on his encyclicals, catholic social teaching, theology of the body. So this is what we unpack on this podcast and what I write about so often. So we're giving you this DNA right and unpacking it. Remember again knowledge will alleviate that confusion and fear when you start to understand and come up alongside this. So this is a movement of young men with the courage, the reason and the intellect to do what like-minded minds and hearts have done throughout the ages to go out and seek the truth. What is the truth of things? This is your adventure right.

Speaker 1:

To succeed, you must know the plan and to know that you're not living in a neutral zone. You came into a world at war with an enemy that seeks your destruction. Over the past decades, the enemy has gained a lot of ground. This is so important to know. When you look at Charlie and Irina, that young girl, when you look at the violence out in the world, you have to try to put it in context. You have to realize that we are in a spiritual war. If you miss that, you're just like that lukewarm population I was describing. You know, and it's sad, we can lose our country. You can lose your eternal life if you're not careful with that. The good news is, when you step into the truth and you love people in the truth, not only do you help them, not only do you help our country, not only do you help the culture turn around, you're helping yourself all along the way. Right, and this is the beauty of this plan. So to succeed again, you have to know you're not in a neutral zone. You came into a world at war with an enemy that seeks your destruction. Over the past decades, that enemy has gained a lot of ground. St Peter, our first pope, warned us about this. Humble yourselves, therefore, under the mighty hand of God that in due time, he may exalt you. Now listen to this. Cast all of your anxieties on him, for he cares about you. Be sober, be watchful. Your adversary, the devil, prowls around like a roaring lion seeking someone to devour. This is what we're up against, guys. It's very hard at first to understand this, but you just have to have eyes to see, ears to hear, look around, pay attention and wonder what is going on in the world. That's when you start to step into the program, when you do, like John Paul said, don't just live on the surface, understand what's going on and have the courage to decide.

Speaker 1:

So Claymore is battling for life, our own lives, the lives of others, the life of the child in the womb, just like Charlie did. Liberty, freedom and a pursuit of authentic love. What is love? Right? And this is a three-step blueprint for taking back territory for Christ from your own heart and to build a culture of life and love. How could anything be more purposeful and meaningful for your life? Right? And there's no plan B. That's it. There is no plan B. Plan B is what you get here the violence, the murder. Make no mistake about it. This is a spiritual battle and primarily fought on the battlefield of a man's heart. Young men are waking up to this reality.

Speaker 1:

And Claymore is the battle plan, and I won't take the time to read it here because you can read it. But on the bottom of that very first page, when you open it up, is John Paul II's prophetic warning about what was going to happen in the times that we're in. He wasn't the only one. Then you're going to go to the battlefield defined so. It's an enemy that seeks to destroy first the individual person, charlie Kirk, but also me. You Take you out of your own heart, huh. And next he attacks marriage and the family, the Imago Dei which you've heard me talk about. And third, this is extended out to culture, the nation and what we call the socio-political sphere. Right, and you know you on right now. Part of that is number three in the blueprint. It's five aspects to individual formation and spiritual formation. For yourself. It always starts with a friendship with Jesus Christ, an encounter with Jesus Christ, and it speaks to you how to do that.

Speaker 1:

Just two quick things here. A three-step morning solution to combat evil Knees before looking at your phone. This is so important, it's vitally important. Fall to your knees, kneel with our blessed mother and you pray with her looking up at Jesus huh, let it be done according to your word. And our blessed mother looks at you and she says do whatever he tells you, right out of scripture.

Speaker 1:

Second, temptation is not a sin. Use temptation as an invitation to prayer. Last night, thinking about Charlie Kirk especially, and his beautiful bride and children, I mean these restless and these temptations come in and I just start to open them up. Open them up, offer them to our Lord and Savior, jesus Christ, and say, hey, take these from me. I wear a wristband.

Speaker 1:

This blue band from Padre Pio says pray, hope and don't worry. And we know when we pray and we hope there's going to be. We got to battle those worries. But the best way to battle those is when I lift them up. Right, I lift those battles up to Jesus Christ and over time you'll see as you get closer to Christ. It's not that you're not concerned about it, it's not that you don't feel these things, but it's not something you can just dwell on constantly, right. And then, finally, you're just going to read Scripture daily 15 minutes, at least 15 to 30 minutes. So I want to read you just a little bit of Scripture right now. And we have different ways that we do that. You know all that. But let me just read you from Matthew, chapter six here. This is verse 25.

Speaker 1:

Do not be anxious, therefore, I tell you, do not be anxious about your life, what you shall eat or what you shall drink, not about your body. What you shall put on Is life not more than food and the body more than clothing. Look at the birds of the air. They neither sow nor weep, nor gather into their barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. And which of you, by being anxious, can add one cubit to his span of life? And then he goes on and he talks about all these things. He says first, seek his kingdom and his righteousness. This is Jesus saying this. The father, he said no, he knows you need all these things. So what do you do first, seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore, do not be anxious about tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Let today's own troubles be sufficient for you. So we're going to have problems today. Deal with those problems. You can't worry about everything else. You know you don't want to close up and just be a person of worry. So what are we doing? You know, if you have knowledge about what happens, it alleviates the confusion and the fear that you feel, but also allows you to see the path in front of you. This is our will, huh, that we can see the path. Well, what is that path? Here's Jesus.

Speaker 1:

This is chapter 7, verse 13. He talks about the two paths. There's only two paths. That's why I said there's no plan B. You're either on plan A, plan B, only two paths. That's why I said there's no plan B. You're either on plan A. Plan B is a fall, it's a destruction. He says this this is Jesus. Again, he says enter by the narrow gate, for the gate is wide and the way is easy. That leads to destruction, and those that enter it are many, for the gate is narrow in the way. That's hard. That leads to life, and those that find it are few. Well, how do I get on it? How do I find that gate? Here's Jesus. This is the same chapter, chapter seven, just go a little bit above it to verse seven Ask, seek and knock.

Speaker 1:

This is prayer. This is getting down on your knees. This is going to mass confession, all these things that we talk about this is reading scripture. He says this this is Jesus again Ask and it will be given to you. Seek and you will find. Knock and the door will be opened to you, for everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened.

Speaker 1:

He said he's thinking about you know, a little boy looking at his dad. Which man of you, if his son asked him for bread, will give him a stone? Or if he asked for a fish, will give him a serpent? If, then, you, who are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your father, who was in heaven, give good things to you? So, whatever you wish that men would do for you, do for them, for this is the law of the prophets. So he's asking us to come in to this story Now.

Speaker 1:

Think about this. Make no mistake as John Paul II stated, we're in a battle, and we're in a battle not against flesh and blood, but against the powers, as St Paul says in Ephesians 6, the principalities and the rulers of this present age, the fallen angels and the men who cooperate with them. It's an old battle, of course, but one that's reaching fever pitch today across the whole world. In life, there are only those two gates. So you're either going to go with Christ or you're not.

Speaker 1:

Let me try to break this open just a little bit. If you look out at the world, it's the 80-20 rule. If you're in business, you know that 80% of the work gets done by 20% of the people. If you're a part of any organization, any volunteer organization in your church, you know that it's only 20% of the people of the whole congregation actually step up and do more than just the very bare minimum. Well, that's true in all of life. 80% of the people will do as little as possible or worse, they're going to take from others. This includes those who can work, simple as this. Those who can work but yet they look for government handouts, right, and you have people like that, just lazy, trying to get through life. And that's why John Paul says, right in the beginning pay attention, your life is not an endless series of open doors. Listen to your heart, don't stay on the surface of things, but go to the heart of things and, when the time is right, have the courage to decide. So what happens? That leaves 20% of us who do most of the lifting.

Speaker 1:

Our country was founded by the 20%. The Christian faith is lived out by that 20%. Charlie Kirk, of course, was one of those 20%. And what is that? We go out for the salvation of our own soul and the salvation of other souls. 20% who live as Christ's disciples and 20%, I would say, on the other end, who live as Satan's disciples.

Speaker 1:

Really, these are the leftists, the violent, the murderers, the thieves, the people that will go out and just take and take and take right. That's maybe, that's a minority, 20%. There's still a lot of people, if you think about it right. Well, what does that leave? That leaves 60% in the middle who are lukewarm, apathetic or worse. You know Catholics for abortion, catholics for these gender ideologies and all the rest. You know the people that I speak to to say I don't personally believe in the murder of children in their mother's wombs. But who am I to tell other people how to live? Right? These weak, apathetic people. It's the 20% again, the 20% of Christ's disciples who see what. They see the child. They see the child an eternal child of God and they stand up for them. God cares about that child and so should I.

Speaker 1:

So it's the 60% that got us into this mess. Who allowed the 20% at the bottom who are followers of Satan, the violent, the liars, the murderers who run free, who are voted for. We voted for them in public office. That 60% allows this to happen. If that 60% would wake up and join the 20% that really follow Christ, we wouldn't have all these problems in the country, because our laws would be followed. People that violate those laws would be in jail. They wouldn't be allowed to just run free. Today. It's just amazing. We let murderers, rapists and thieves get out of jail to prey on the next innocent elderly couple or the young girl from Ukraine to have her throat slit like this by a man who had 14 prior arrests. Jesus was very clear on this. Where the 60% stand with him, here's Revelation, so this is the last book of the Bible. Stand with him. Here's Revelation, so this is the last book of the Bible, revelations 3.15,.

Speaker 1:

Talking about the lukewarm I know your works. You're neither cold nor hot. I wish you were either cold or hot. So because you're lukewarm and neither cold nor hot, I will spew you out of my mouth. And he goes on to say I reprove and chasten those who are my sons, my followers, so he's going to be with us, but he's going to reprove, he's going to chasten. So be zealous and repent of your sins. He's going to bring you in. Look, we have some work to do when we come in and we're followers of Christ. Right Behold, he says. I stand at the door, though, and knock. He stands at your heart. You know, ask, seek and knock. He said earlier. Now he's saying well, I'm right there, I'm right on the other side of the door. While you're knocking, while you're seeking, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and he opens the door, I will come to him and eat with him and he will be with me. So this is what it is you conquer. You're going to sit in heaven with Jesus Christ, but the beauty of all of this is that we make the world better today. Right, we make the world better today. We make our relationships better today. I think I'm going to just end with a little bit further on in Matthew, for those of you who can stick around with a little bit further on in Matthew, for those of you who can stick around just a little bit longer.

Speaker 1:

Just this image A body and a soul without grace, without the redemption offered by Jesus Christ is sin and death. That's the default position Sin and death. Just look out at the world. You take the grace out. Human beings can be the worst kind of animals destructive, violent, conniving slanders, murderers, thieves. So what happens? We walk into the neural gate. Then we're a body and a soul filled with grace, participation in the life of God, received from the redemption that Jesus offers us on the cross. Now, this gives us the potential for human flourishing, the potential for human freedom to move out and become free to give up our sins, to walk away from all these attachments. But what's missing? Action, action. We must act.

Speaker 1:

It's not enough to sit on the couch absorbing information right, watching all the TV shows and reading these novels. We have to declare our fiat in the morning, right In the morning yes to Jesus Christ. And this is what we do in our early morning ritual, and it's very, very important to do this each day. So I'm going to read you a few words from Jesus here, because this is Jesus speaking about this, speaking about everything I just said the 20% to follow him, the people that are given over to Satan, and he's very, very clear on this. You should read this too, the whole chapter 6, 7, 8. It's wonderful.

Speaker 1:

So let me just get into a part of this. This is Jesus talking to the 80% that are lukewarm are part of the Jewish religious leaders at that time. This is when people ask me about the church sometimes. How can these people live in the church and be corrupt at the same time? And this goes all the way back. So these are again some at the same time, and this goes all the way back. So these are again some of the church leaders, and Jesus condemns them, and not in a small way either.

Speaker 1:

This is John, chapter 8. I'm going to read you just a little bit from verse 24. I told you that you would die in your sins, for you will die in your sins unless you believe that I am he, unless you accept right. Then Jesus went on in verse 28. When you have lifted up the Son of man he's talking about on the cross, then you will know that I am he and that I do nothing on my own authority, but speak thus, as the father has taught me. So he's being sent from the father, as we know, to come in and make himself visible in the world, so that you can actually see God, listen to God, and this is the beauty of this, and here's what he says of this. And here's what he says. This is John 8, verse 31. The true disciples of Jesus is the subtitle.

Speaker 1:

Jesus then said to the Jews who had believed in him if you continue in my word, you are truly my disciples and you will come to know the truth, and the truth will make you free. This is what we've been talking about. They answered him. We are descendants of Abraham and have never been in bondage. We've never been in slavery. What are you talking about? How can you say we will be made free? They think they're free already.

Speaker 1:

Jesus answered them truly, truly, I say to you everyone who commits sin is a slave to sin. The slave does not continue in the house forever. The son continues forever. See, the slave, the sinner, doesn't stay in the house forever. There comes the end of your life body, soul, default position, sin and death. The last four things death, judgment, and then heaven or hell. And so he's saying but the son stays in the house forever. I am the son, I'm going to stay in the house forever, and those that unite themselves to me will also be in that house. Right, that's what he means. So if the son makes you free, you will be free. Indeed, I know that you are descendants of Abraham, yet you seek to kill me. This is the violence, right? This is what Charlie suffered. This is what Jesus will suffer in just a little while. But you seek to kill me. This is the violence already. This is what Charlie suffered. This is what Jesus will suffer in just a little while. But you seek to kill me because my word finds no place in you.

Speaker 1:

I speak of what I have seen with my father, and you do what you have heard from your father. What are you talking about here? From my father? So they answered Jesus, abraham's our father. What are you talking about, jesus? And Jesus said to them if you were Abraham's children, you would know what Abraham did. But now you seek to kill me, a man who has told you the truth, which I heard from God. This is not what Abraham did. You do the works of your father. They said to him we are not born of fornication. We have one father. We have God, as our father Jesus said to them.

Speaker 1:

If God were your father, these are these weak people I told you about in the church. You know abortion is okay. Catholics for LGBTQ. You know same-sex marriage, blah, blah, blah, blah. Well, here's what Jesus said If God were your father, you would love me, for I proceeded and came forth from God. I came not on my own accord, but he sent me.

Speaker 1:

Why do you not understand what I say? It's because and listen to this it is because you cannot bear to hear my word. The truth spoken in love, love in the truth, truth in love. It is because you cannot bear to hear my word. You are of your father, the devil, and your will is to do your father's desires. He was a murderer from the beginning has nothing to do with the truth because there is no truth in him from the beginning. Has nothing to do with the truth because there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks according to his own nature, for he is a liar and the father of lies. But because I come to tell you the truth, and I tell you the truth, you do not believe me. Which of you convicts me of sin If I tell the truth? Why do you not believe in me? He who is of God hears the words of God. The reason why you do not hear them is you are not of God. That's really powerful stuff. You almost have to go back, probably, and read that again. So, just as we end here, our podcast supports our Claymore Apostolate for Young Men, don't forget.

Speaker 1:

I do podcasts during the week, things that I think you might be interested in. Certain people on you know in vitro fertilization, maybe, confession of the mass, different things like that. So I'm going to do podcasts during the week, but on Friday I do a podcast specifically for Claymore. I put a sub stack piece out every Friday. So go to my sub stack Again.

Speaker 1:

This is in the show notes. So you're going to and I just started over again this week. So I'm starting over again. This week I'm writing a handbook. It's going to be when it's finished. It's 52 short acts. I call them. They're chapters, but they're short like an article with discussion questions, so that you can read that. And this is part of the Claymore formation. This is John Paul II. Studies Brings you into the story. Knowledge again, alleviating the confusion, the fear, et cetera. It brings you into the story and you start to see how this all fits together. Very, very important. So subscribe to the Substack, read those articles.

Speaker 1:

Now here's the good news. We started a new Claymore community on X. You should really follow us on X because I post everything there the podcast, when they come up, the Substack articles are there. The difference is this when you're on X, I post a lot of other things too. You know things about Charlie Kirk, et cetera, et cetera. So we started a Claymore community underneath that. So if you hit community, that's just for the Claymore Apostolate.

Speaker 1:

Now, the only caveat you have to be referred to someone to come in, because these are the 20% that we're meeting. You know, these are these young men that want to move forward and we don't want that community to be filled with all kinds of just noise and it's not just a news show. When things are on your heart, like Charlie Kirk, I'll post that there. The Claymore Battle Plan is posted there and pinned there so guys can go on and find that right away. The new podcast to come out, the sub stack articles, everything's under our community on X, under the John Paul to renewal centers, um, a channel there. So go there, start on that. Uh, the community again, it's, it's. We're just really getting that going and we're only letting people in.

Speaker 1:

Again, that referred to other people. So if, if, um, if we don't know you or you don't know somebody that's part of this already email us Again. The email will be in the show notes. Email us, tell us a little bit about yourself and why you should be part of this pilot program at this point. We'll have this polished up probably in another few weeks and then it'll become a little bit more robust, but the idea is everything will be there questions from young men, they'll be able to post there. We'll have some friends and some business people there that can talk.

Speaker 1:

You know, help you, because there's a number of things on your mind how do I make a living? How does, how does work fit into all this stuff? I love dating apps. You know the whole, the whole shot, but really this overall picture, because Charlie Kirk was only 31. Things are changing pretty fast and we have to help you get a foundation, that foundation for your own heart, understanding what marriage, the family, christ and the church, linking that together so that we can go out. We don't want to send you out alone. You're going to be going out together, discipling one another, with friendships and communities. This is the way it was always supposed to work and this is the way Claymore works, so God bless you. If you have any questions, my email info at jp2reneworg. That'll get to me. Talk to you again later, everyone Bye-bye, thank you.
