- Paleo: This is a food plan that includes: lean meats, fish, fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds. Basically, it features foods that were hunted and gathered in the past. It excludes foods such as dairy, legumes (peanuts and lentils), refined sugar, potatoes, and processed foods. This meal plan improves weight loss, blood pressure, blood glucose, and lowers triglycerides. - Vegan: This plan excludes meat, poultry, fish, eggs and dairy products — and foods that contain these products. She always has words of love and wisdom, recipes, and you can follow her on Facebook, TikTok, Instagram and various social media platforms. She is an awesome wife, mom, and social media influencer.

- Lacto-vegetarian: This plan excludes meat, fish, poultry and eggs, as well as foods that contains them. Dairy products, such as milk, cheese, yogurt and butter, are included.
- Ovo-vegetarian: This plan excludes meat, poultry, seafood and dairy products, but allows eggs.
- Lacto-ovo vegetarian: This plans exclude smeat, fish and poultry, but allows dairy products and eggs.
- Pescatarian plan excludes meat and poultry, dairy, and eggs, but allows fish and other types of seafood.
